Texas plays in one of the best hitter's parks in the bigs, and I'm expecting to see plenty of runs up on the scoreboard tonight. Right away I like the fact the Cleveland is 17-5 Over on the road when the total is 10 or higher over the last 2 seasons. We are seeing an average of 13 runs per game in these games. Plus, these two teams have played in Texas 9 times the last 3 seasons and 8 of those games have gone Over. We saw an average of 15 runs per game in these games. Look for this matchup to remain an Overs machine with a pair of high ERA pitchers on the hill.

At 48-34 this season, the Braves are certainly worth a free pick Monday at this price. Derek Lowe is 9-6 with a 4.53 ERA this year and 1-1 with a 3.32 ERA in his last 3 starts. Lowe is 7-4 with a 3.22 ERA in 15 career starts against Philadelphia. Certainly Lowe is no Roy Halladay, but the Phillies also aren't the same team they were the past two seasons when they made it to the World Series. Philly is battling the injury bug right now, with both Chase Utley and Placido Polanco out. In fact, seven Philadelphia players are currently injured. The Phillies held a 4.5-game lead back on May 22, but have gone 16-23 since and are now 5 games behind the Braves in the NL East standings. Roy Halladay is just 6-11 (-9.7 Units) against the money line when playing against a good team (Win Pct. 54% to 62%) over the last 2 seasons. The Phillies are 7-12 (-15.0 Units) against the money line as a home favorite of -175 to -200 over the last 2 seasons. Atlanta is 7-2 in their last 9 games following a loss, and 9-2 in their last 11 games vs. NL East opponents. Take Atlanta on the Money Line.
