ANALYSIS: How wildly entertaining has this series been? Tampa Bay leads 2-1 but could easily be up 3-0 ... or down 2-1. Thursday's 6-5 Panthers win in OT was one of the best hockey games I have seen in a long time. Have to take the Bolts here, though, at such a cheap moneyline price at home because it's much easier to trust Andrei Vasilevskiy in net than whomever Florida will use in Game 4. In addition, the Lightning haven't dropped back-to-back home games this season.

ANALYSIS: The Bucks should be HIGHLY motivated for this one after the Heat knocked them out in five games in the bubble playoffs last summer. Miami was the better team, too, even before Giannis Antetokounmpo was injured. Milwaukee has Jrue Holiday now, though, and Tyler Herro went nuts in the 2020 playoff and hasn't been near the same guy this season. Disregard the 2021 regular-season series (Bucks won 2-1) as Jimmy Butler didn't play in any of them. There should be a solid home-court advantage with a season-high 50 percent capacity allowed in Milwaukee. Previously, it was 18 percent.

The Bucks had a chip on their shoulder after losing in the playoffs to Miami last season. This season has been a streak of moods for both teams. The new constant for the Heat is running a faster pace that has helped 11 of their last 13 games get Over the total. Over is the top play.

They also won and covered all three meetings with the Hawks this season, and the Hawks shot well in two of the games. There are lots of questionable important players for Atlanta on the injury list as well. Sunday night playoffs at Madison Square Garden after an eight-year wait? I’m on the Knicks.

ANALYSIS: I don’t agree with this number, but if we simply look at the three meetings these teams had this season in which Portland covered the spread in all three (1-2 SU) it’s easier to understand the short price on the Nuggets at home. But the Blazers held Denver well below its season average of 48.5 percent from the field. The Nuggets are just 4-4 in their last eight games, but I’m on them at what I still believe is cheap by three points. But the best value is the Nuggets money line, so I'm going with that.

Adbert Alzolay is a good young pitcher that always has his team in a position to win the game with their offense. Chicago got themselves a big win last night and I look for their bats to carry over that success into today’s games. Mikolas will more than likely show early rust. Take the Cubs.

ANALYSIS: The Astros are 8-2 in their last 10 games while the Rangers are 2-8 in their last 10 games. Both teams have played close games the last two days so both bullpens are tired. However, the Astros have Lance McCullers Jr. starting and he is 3-1 with a 2.70 ERA. Most importantly, he has been pitching deep into games. Jordan Lyles is prone to giving up walks and home runs and I see that continuing with the way the Astros have been swinging the bats.

New York lost just four times in regulation at home during the regular season and I simply have a hard time believing it will lose back-to-back at Nassau Coliseum and fall down 3-1 in this series regardless of whom starts in net here. Pittsburgh was a mediocre road team in the regular season.

ANALYSIS: I thought the Leafs had a decent chance of ending the longest Cup drought in the NHL. I no longer do if John Tavares is done for the playoffs, and he's out indefinitely after a brutal (but accidental) hit to the head in Game 1, which Montreal won 2-1. The Leafs seemed to never recover from losing Tavares in that game and I'm not sure they still have. Toronto may win Game 2, but I'll take the Habs on the puckline.
