NEW ORLEANS @ PHOENIX | 04/26 | 10:00 PM EDT
NEW ORLEANS +6.5
ANALYSIS: This series has changed completely after the injury to Devin Booker (hamstring). Both teams have now won two games, and the one loss that the Pelicans suffered in New Orleans came by just three points. They dominated the second half of Game 4 on their way to a 15-point victory. They stole Game 2 in Phoenix, so don’t look for them to be overwhelmed playing on the road. I’m not sure they can win this game, but with Booker out, I think they can keep it close enough to cover.

SEATTLE @ TAMPA BAY | 04/26 | 6:40 PM EDT
TAMPA BAY -126
ANALYSIS: I probably will rarely bet against Seattle when it is at home, but the Mariners are 3-4 on the road. Yep, Logan Gilbert has been great on the mound this year, but the Rays roughed him up a bit last year in two starts. The Rays shouldn't lack motivation as last season they went 1-6 against the Mariners. Tampa Bay held a lead in all but one game in the series, accounting for five of 29 losses last season after holding a lead.

CLEVELAND @ L.A. ANGELS | 04/26 | 9:38 PM EDT
CLEVELAND 140
ANALYSIS: Patrick Sandoval has pitched well in his first two starts but he hasn’t made it past 4 innings yet, and that is a problem. All three of the Angels top relievers in Raisel Iglesias, Ryan Tepera, and Aaron Loup would be pitching their third game in four nights if they were to appear tonight. The Angels have the 6th worst bullpen in the league when they have their top relievers available, let alone now. The Guardians have now lost 4 games in a row but last night was a tough spot for them traveling cross-country then playing. I think they should be more comfortable tonight than last night. Triston McKenzie got in a bit of trouble with walks in his last outing but he has pitched well in his three starts this season. This should be a close game heading into the bullpens, and I like the Guardians rested 17th ranked bullpen over the Angels tired 25th ranked bullpen. Take the value in the Guardians.

KANSAS CITY @ CHI. WHITE SOX | 04/26 | 7:10 PM EDT
CHI. WHITE SOX -160
ANALYSIS: While the White Sox are the second worst team in the league in wOBA against righties, they are still the second best team in the league in wOBA against lefties. They have also lost 7 games in a row but 6 of those 7 games were on the road and we know how much they struggle on the road. These factors just give the White Sox the most value possible here heading home against a lefty in a situation they thrive. Dallas Keuchel was hit hard last outing but a lot of that was because of 4 errors made in the field. Keuchel is a groundball pitcher, so that must have been unsettling knowing he all of a sudden needs to become a strikeout pitcher. He faces a Royals team that has the second worst wOBA in the league against lefties as well. Daniel Lynch pitched well against the Twins, a lineup that struggles against lefties. Then he struggled against the Cardinals, a lineup that also crushes lefties. This is the best case scenario for the White Sox to end their 7 game losing streak today.

MIAMI @ WASHINGTON | 04/26 | 7:05 PM EDT
MIAMI -125
ANALYSIS: Sandy Alcantara has been dominant to start the season and I don’t see him slowing down anytime soon. I am also high on Josiah Gray but he isn’t able to get deep into games yet, and that’s a big problem when the Nats have the 9th worst bullpen in the league. The Marlins were just 8-11 against the Nationals last season but they were 5-4 against them after the Nats traded all their star players. Alcantara also faced the Nats after their fire sale last season and pitched 8 innings allowing just 1 hit. The Nationals have lost 5 games in a row and they are just 3-8 at home. The Marlins have the 7th highest wOBA in the league against righties while the Nationals are ranked just 18th. The Marlins also have the much better bullpen, I like the Marlins on the road.

NEW JERSEY @ OTTAWA | 04/26 | 7:00 PM EDT
OTTAWA -139
ANALYSIS: Neither has anything to play for with the Devils on a three-game skid and the Sens having won three in a row. New Jersey netminder Mackenzie Blackwood figures to be rusty having not played since Jan. 19 due to injury. He's not as good as Ottawa's Anton Forsberg regardless. The Sens aren't favored often but are 4-0 in their past four as such.

CALGARY @ NASHVILLE | 04/26 | 8:00 PM EDT
NASHVILLE +1.5
ANALYSIS: Pricy puckline at -210 but I am protecting myself from an overtime/shootout Predators loss. You can make an argument for Nashville as an outright ML underdog winner because it hasn't even clinched a playoff spot yet -- can tonight -- and Calgary has nothing to play for as Pacific Division champion and is starting backup Dan Vladar in net. Again, this is simply me being a bit more conservative and tired of shootout losses like Washington's on Sunday vs. Toronto when the Caps dominated the game otherwise.

SEATTLE @ TAMPA BAY | 04/26 | 6:40 PM EDT
SEATTLE 115
ANALYSIS: The Mariners continue to be undervalued despite their 10-6 start. Co-American League Player of the Week Ty France has an OPS of 1.116. Tuesday's starting pitcher, Logan Gilbert, has allowed one earned run over16.2 innings. The Rays also are playing well, having won five of seven, but lefty Josh Fleming is very hittable. This line should be closer to pick-'em. Back Seattle to improve to 17-6 in its last 23 games at Tampa Bay.

SAN DIEGO @ CINCINNATI | 04/26 | 6:40 PM EDT
CINCINNATI 150
ANALYSIS: Last week, the Padres swept the Reds as part of Cincinnati's winless seven-game road swing. Joe Musgrove will head to the hill for San Diego in the opener in hopes of repeating his last outing against Cincinnati at Petco Park. The righthander struck out seven and walked one, allowing just two runs on four hits in 6 1/3 innings. He earned the win in San Diego's 6-2 victory last week. The Reds will counter with lefty Reiver Sanmartin, who was the opposing pitcher to Musgrove last week. It's very difficult for a team to beat the same starting pitcher twice in seven days. I like the Reds in this spot.

OAKLAND @ SAN FRANCISCO | 04/26 | 9:45 PM EDT
OAKLAND 220
ANALYSIS: Seems like a tough spot for the favored Giants. San Francisco is returning home from a long road trip and will be playing its 12th game in 12 days - against its fifth different opponent. Even crazier, the Giants will be facing their third different foe in three days after playing in Washington on Sunday and Milwaukee on Monday. That's not an easy thing to do in baseball. This line is way too high. Take the road underdog.

MIAMI @ WASHINGTON | 04/26 | 7:05 PM EDT
MIAMI -125
ANALYSIS: Sandy Alcantara is an elite pitcher as he once again demonstrated in an eight inning, shutout performance against the Cardinals, which the bullpen blew in the ninth. The Nationals have a terrible bullpen which has made them the worst scoring defense in the league. Nationals starting pitcher Josiah Gray has a home ERA of almost 5. The Marlins offense should be able to give Alcantara the run support he needs for the Marlins to win this game.

+300 3-0 IN LAST 3 MLB ML PICKS

KANSAS CITY @ CHI. WHITE SOX | 04/26 | 7:10 PM EDT
CHI. WHITE SOX -1.5
ANALYSIS: The White Sox have dominated Daniel Lynch, especially the top of the order with Tim Anderson, Luis Robert, and Jose Abreu. Dallas Keuchel got shelled in his last time out but the White Sox had four errors in his two innings. The White Sox destroy lefties and should bounce back from their seven game skid. Lay the run at +125.

Atlanta Hawks at Miami Heat | 4/26 | 7 P.M. ET

SGP (+1666)

Max Strus 25+ points
Max Strus 5+ made 3-pointers

Strus has shot 24 threes over the last two games making nine of them. With Lowry out and Vincent likely out, Strus will have the ball in his hands a lot. He should attempt double digit threes in this game. Love the value here.

SGP (+2948)

De'Andre Hunter 25+ points
De'Andre Hunter 4+ made 3-pointers

With the entire Hawks team struggling, Hunter has been the only bright spot. Hunter put up 24 points with four made 3-pointers last game and easily would have reached these numbers if it wasn't for the blowout. Hunter should get open looks from deep again in this game and could reach these numbers.

SGP (+5938)

Jimmy Butler 40+ points
Jimmy Butler 3+ made 3-pointers

With the injuries the Heat are dealing with, Butler will have to carry the load offensively. He has been shooting more threes in this series. He already hit these numbers once this series scoring 45 points with three deep balls in Game 2. At almost 60-1, this has a lot of value.

SGP (+26773)

Max Strus 5+ made 3-pointers
De'Andre Hunter 4+ made 3-pointers
Jimmy Butler 3+ made 3-pointers

I have already broken down why I like each of these three plays. Strus has had a crazy high volume of 3-point attempts as he is shooting 9-for-24 from deep over the last two games. Hunter hit four threes last game and could easily repeat that. Butler should take a handful of threes in this game. This play has insane value.

DETROIT @ MINNESOTA | 04/26 | 7:40 PM EDT
MINNESOTA -135
ANALYSIS: Hard not to back the Twins right now with how red-hot Byron Buxton is. When he can stay healthy, which is rare, he's a Top 5 player in baseball. The Tigers might not remember what it's like to bat first as they have played just one road series all season, and lefty Eduardo Rodriguez has been a disappointment with a 5.27 ERA. Minnesota's Chris Paddack hasn't been much better at 5.00 but all his his peripherals have been solid: Paddack has not allowed a walk through 9.0 innings and his expected ERA is 1.96.
