MILWAUKEE @ MINNESOTA | 07/13 | 1:10 PM EDT
MINNESOTA -125
ANALYSIS: I lost on the Twins on Tuesday but am coming right back with them and fading Milwaukee's Aaron Ashby. He's 1-5 with a 5.16 ERA on the road. Look for Minnesota to bounce back in this early start behind Joe Ryan; he's held opposing batters to a .194 on-base percentage at home.

HOUSTON @ L.A. ANGELS | 07/13 | 9:38 PM EDT
UNDER 7.5
ANALYSIS: This Under is juiced to -125 for good reason. It could fall to 7 with Shohei Ohtani facing Cristian Javier. Ohtani has not allowed a run in 28.2 innings, and each of his last six games has produced seven or fewer runs. Javier just dominated the Angels on July 1, striking out 14 while allowing one run (a solo homer) over seven innings. Current Angels are batting .122 against him (8 of 48). And over his last five starts, Javier has yielded a total of nine earned runs.

MILWAUKEE @ MINNESOTA | 07/13 | 1:10 PM EDT
MILWAUKEE 118
ANALYSIS: These teams wrap up a quick two-game set from Target Field on Wednesday with a matinee, and my model forecasts the underdog Brewers to win behind Aaron Ashby. Twins starter Joe Ryan has better overall numbers but has just one victory in his past five outings. The best play is Milwaukee at +118 as the Brew Crew win 56 percent of the time.

ANALYSIS: Washington RHP Josiah Gray throws with extreme confidence and comes off one of his best outings of the season, but the Nationals still have lost four of his last five outings. Washington is in the midst of a four-game losing streak, while the Mariners have won eight straight and have rejuvenated RHP Chris Flexen coming off his best turn of the year. Seattle has won each of his last three starts. Cheap price. Take the Mariners to win.

UNDER 9
ANALYSIS: Well, oddsmakers smartened up a little as this matchup had a total of 9.5 last night, which I loved before it was postponed. Still think it will go Under 9, though, as Seattle's Chris Flexen simply doesn't give up more than three earned runs in any start, and young Nats right-hander Josiah Gray has a 2.66 ERA in his past seven starts and is starting to live up to his once-lofty prospect rating while with the Dodgers. The Mariners will be without their best all-around offensive player in rookie outfielder Julio Rodriguez as he'll serve a one-game suspension (as he was supposed to Tuesday) in Game 1 of the DH.

DETROIT @ KANSAS CITY | 07/13 | 2:10 PM EDT
KANSAS CITY -125
ANALYSIS: Tarik Skubal put together really his first good start since the beginning of June in his last start, he had really been struggling before that. That includes a start against the Royals where he allowed 5 ER in 4 IP. Brady Singer is coming off a quality start and pitched well against the Tigers two times ago, he just couldn’t get deep. The Tigers are also much worse against righties with the third worst wOBA in the league in the last 30 days, while the Royals are 13th best in the league in wOBA against lefties in the past 30 days. I like the Royals to win this series.

N.Y. METS @ ATLANTA | 07/13 | 12:20 PM EDT
ATLANTA -155
ANALYSIS: I think this line is so much lower than yesterday because Charlie Morton was hit hard by the Mets earlier this season while Chris Bassitt pitched well against the Braves earlier this season. However, Bassitt is making just his second start since coming off the IL and his last three starts were all against the Marlins, so we really don’t actually know how well he is pitching. Charlie Morton has figured it out on the other hand, he has not allowed more than two runs in 5 straight starts while going 7 innings in four of them. Both bullpens have been good lately, but the Braves have been slightly better. The Mets are still without Starling Marte, James McCann, and Jeff McNeil. I like the Braves to win this series at home.

L.A. DODGERS @ ST. LOUIS | 07/13 | 7:45 PM EDT
L.A. DODGERS -155
ANALYSIS: The Dodgers had a terrible start from the Mitch White yesterday and they still were able to almost come back. Tonight, they have Tony Gonsolin starting and he will almost definitely give them a quality start. He is 11-0 with a 1.62 ERA on the season. They should also have Max Muncy and Gavin Lux back in the lineup. Adam Wainwright has been very good for the Cardinals, especially at home, but I think he will struggle working around one of the toughest lineups in the league. The Cardinals bullpen is also pretty worked the past couple days while the Dodgers bullpen is rested and ready. I like the Dodgers on the road here.
