Ricky's 1* play on Over 2.5.
Key Angle: It's important to remember that Ricky never makes a bet on any game based on just one angle. In order to make the grade, all his premium picks must meet several important criteria. He doesn't share all his secrets within his analysis, instead he chooses to reveal only the angle that he feels is the most significant. Here in this game the recent history of these two teams is particularly significant.
Key Trends:
- Kansas City has scored 13 goals in their last five matches.
- Kansas City has outscored Vancouver 16-3 in the last five meetings.
- Vancouver has conceded 10 goals in their last five matches.
The verdict: look for a high score in this match.

Twins vs. White Sox OVER
Scoring will continue on Sunday, which has turned out to be a series with plenty of it.
The Twins will once again be a team with plenty of home runs. They will get to go against the White Sox's third guy of the rotation. They have great chances to drill him.
The Twins have also used their top two guys, throwing Maeda on Sunday. He could have a decent outing, but still had over a 4.00 ERA last season.
The Twins might take care of 10 alone in this one.

Angels vs. A's
A's+112
MLB Opening weekend and on Sunday at 4:10ET we get the (1-1) Angels taking on the (1-1) Athletics in AL West action at the Oakland Coliseum, in Oakland, California.
On the mounds we get Shohei Ohtani for the Angels squaring off against Mike Fiers for the A's. Ohtani didn’t pitch in 2019 after Tommy John in September of 2018 so do we really know what we're going to get from him Sunday? I'm skeptical at best. The Angels bounced back from an extra-inning loss in their opening game to grab a 4-1 win Saturday behind a solid start from Dylan Bundy.
Mike Fiers went 3-0 with a 3.04 ERA in four starts against the Angels last season. He also set career highs in wins, starts (33) and innings pitched (184 2/3) in his first full season in Oakland, plus he's 13-3 in his career at Oakland Coliseum.
Some trends to consider...LAA are 16-38 in their last 54 overall. LAA are 7-22 in their last 29 road games. Head to Head: LAA are 1-8 in the last 9 meetings. Athletics are 7-1 in their last 8 games as a home underdog.
Laureano is on fire to start the year...Pujols is hitless...You can’t pass on the A’s for plus money at home. They are better on offense, defense and in the bullpen. I see the A's winning this game in a close matchup Sunday.
Play on the A's ML.
Good Luck, Razor Ray.

For Sunday let's play the series finale in the Gateway City to land Over the total.
The Pirates bats were silenced on Saturday as they could muster just one run on three hits, but thanks to the Cardinals posting nine runs on ten hits, the teams landed Over for the second straight time to open the new season.
Pittsburgh did commit an error both on Friday and again on Saturday and you know the old baseball saying that you cannot give teams extra outs, well that usually comes back to bite you in the rear and it has thus far through two games.
St. Louis has shown plenty of pop this weekend, as the Redbirds have plated 14 runs on 19 hits.
Let's look for the offenses to continue to rake with Mitch Keller going against Dakota Hudson.
Keller is the Bucs top pitching prospect, but a 1-5 mark with a 7.93 ERA last season shows that the youngster needs a little polishing for this upcoming 2020 campaign. The way the Cardinals have been hitting the ball this weekend leads me to believe there will be some runs plated.
Hudson went 1-0 in his 4 appearances against the Pirates last season, but his ERA was over 4 in those assignments.
Looking for the runs to add up to an Over today in St. Louis.
3* PITTSBURGH-ST. LOUIS OVER

Nailed the Washington Nationals as my free winner on Saturday. For Sunday we head to the American League West, as I'm playing the Oakland Athletics against the Angels.
It's all about the pitchers in this one, as I like Mike Fiers more than I like Shohei Ohtani.
Fiers steps to the hill hoping to duplicate what turned into career-best campaign in 2019. The right-hander went 15-4 with a 3.90 ERA over 33 starts. And part of that stretch of success was a 3-0 showing in four starts against the Angels, with a 3.04 ERA.
And I think the A's will get him some run support against Ohtani, who will only pitch for the Halos on Sundays. He is making his return to the mound after Tommy John surgery, and until I see some consistency from him, I'm not convinced he's ready to provide consistency.
Take the small home pup.
3* ATHLETICS (Fiers over Ohtani)

Twins vs. White Sox
OVER
The Chicago White Sox and the Minnesota Twins enter the series finale of this three-game series tied at 1-1 following a 10-3 White Sox win on Saturday. I expect to see runs come fast and easy for both teams here in the rubber match.
Kenta Maeda (2019: 10-8, 4.04 ERA) will make his debut as a Twin. He was a victim of tough competition for the rotation spots at the Dodgers, but at Minnesota, he'll be one of the go-to-guys. We can however note that Maeda usually is a bit of a slow starter, he'll face a White Sox side that mashed five home runs yesterday.
The White Sox counter with Reynaldo Lopez (2019: 10-15, 5.38 ERA) who posted a 9.60 ERA while losing three starts to the Twins last season. Lopez has shown time and time again that he struggles with the long ball, which indeed makes Minnesota and its power hitters somewhat of a nightmare opponent.
Free pick on OVER 10.5 runs.

Comp play for this first Sunday of the MLB season will be the Reds with Bauer on the Run Line to dump the Tigers.
After stopping the Tigers in their track on Friday to a tune of 7-1, the Reds could not extend things to two in a row, as they were on the short-side of a 6-4 final on Saturday.
That's OK as I see Trevor Bauer going out their today and pitching the host to a win in the series finale.
Bauer has been chomping at the bit to take the ball for David Bell's team and he has expressed to Bell that he wants to pitch every 4 days. If that is to happen, then he had better come out and deliver the way both Sonny Gray and Luis Castillo have. The Cincy starters have combined for just 2 runs allowed and 20 punchies thus far this season.
Bauer is a bulldog and I am sure he will be up for this task today. He does own a career 10-6 mark against Detroit from his days with the Cleveland Indians.
Spencer Turnbull will counter and is coming off a 3-17 season in which he received just over 3 runs of support when he was mound-bound.
Run support an issue again today.
Take the Reds.
2* CINCINNATI -1 1/2 RUNS
