I had left over chicken tenders for dinner along with some mac and cheese and green beans. We'll probably eating leftovers until July we got so much shit left its unbelievable.

I'll tell you what, I do 100% of the cooking around here and I make some fly shit regularly. But whenever they are on sale I stock up on 2 things. Stouffers fish filet and mac and cheese and Stouffers Swedish Meatballs.
I can make both 100x's better myself but I grew up on a lot of frozen shit and when I'm drunk or I'm home by myself and I don't feel like making shit and cleaning up the mess I'll pop 2 of these in the microwave and be happy as a clam.
Yesterday for the party we bought all the sides but I had to make all the meat and that shit was so much fucking work I almost lost my mind. Generally I'll smoke something for the weekend or whatever but this time I had to make 4 briskets and 3 pork shoulders and I never did anywhere that kinda volume before so I was stressed to the max. I hardly ate anything last night because I was so nervous so I'm happy to have these leftovers let me tell you.
