Arizona at San Francisco

The San Francisco Giants and Arizona Diamonbacks get it on for the second time. SportsInteraction currently has Giants -$155 home favorites.

Monday features a pitching rematch of game three in Arizona between Giants' lefty Matt Moore and D-Backs righty Taijuan Walker. Moore took the loss in that contest allowing 8 hits, 6 runs (3 earned) and will carry a 2-1 team start record vs D-Backs since joining Giants last August. Walker making his D-Back debut in the earlier meeting tossed 6 innings of 7 hit, 4 run ball picking up the win moving his carrier record to 2-0 vs Giants with D-Backs/Mariners.

Taking an underdog is always a risky proposition, though in this case, it much less risky. Consider D-Backs who won three of four in the the season opening series vs Giants and enter a sparkling 6-1 pounding out a league best 6.8 runs/game.
