Terms "hot/cold pitchers" is relative, since for the next week or so, it refers to last year, Please keep that in mind.

Hot Pitchers
-- Hamels has 1.63 RA in his last four starts.
-- Cain has 1.99 RA in his last five starts.
-- Astros won six of last seven Rodriguez starts. Cardinals won ten of last twelve Wellemeyer starts.
-- Redding tossed seven shutout innings in Philly in his first start of season last week.

-- White Sox won five of last six Vazquez starts. Blackburn lost his first '08 start, but it was 1-0 (one run in seven IP).
-- Silva is 3-0, 1.69 in his last four starts.
-- Rays won five of last seven Hammel starts.
-- Indians won ten of last eleven Carmona starts. Saunders won his first '08 start, tossing eight shutout innings.

Cold Pitchers
-- Arroyo is 0-1, 4.63 in his last four starts.
-- Cubs lost last four Lilly starts (0-3, 8.40). Gorzelanny is 0-4 in his last four starts, with a 7.54 RA.
-- Maddux is 2-2, 8.22 in his last five starts.
-- Miller is 0-3, 11.35 in his last six starts.
-- Glavine is 0-4, 7.46 in his last five starts. Colorado lost Cook's last four starts (0-3, 6.04).
-- Haren was on losing side in six of last seven starts. Loaiza is 0-4, 10.34 in his last four starts.
