Philadelphia Phillies at Colorado Rockies

Phillies: Game Four starter Cliff Lee dominated the Rockies in the opening game of the series. Thanks to Saturday’s postponed game, Lee will pitch on his normal four days rest. The 31-year-old left-hander beat Ubaldo Jimenez and the Rockies on Wednesday, 5-1. Lee went the distance holding Colorado to one run on six hits with five strikeouts and no walks. Lee, the reigning American League Cy Young Award winner, finished the regular season 14-13 with a 3.22 ERA. He will be pitching at Coors Field for the first time. The Rockies are batting .253 against southpaws compared to .264 versus right-handed starters. The Phillies are 9-4 in Lee’s last 13 starts, including 5-2 during his past seven road outings. The past six Phillies-Rockies game at Coors Field have gone over the total. The Phillies have defeated the Rockies in 11 of their last 14 meetings.
