Chicago Cubs/Houston Over 10 +1.01 (3 Unit Play)

I had a winner yesterday with the Cubs and Astros going Under the total but I am coming back today and making an opposite play on the Over tonight. The Cubs and specifically Aramis Ramirez have had pretty good success against Shawn Chacon over the years as Ramirez has hit 5 HR's against him and batted .588 against him. Chacon is only 1-4 with an 6.69 ERA in 15 career appearances against the Cubs and he has started the season with nine straight no decisions. Meanwhile the Cubs are handing the ball to Sean Gallagher who has only pitched 4 innings on the road so far this year and is taking on an Astro team that has a lot of hot hitters over the past month. The HP umpire is Joe West and so far this year he is 6-2 to the Over and the Cubs have went 6-4 to the Over in West's last 10 behind the plate while the Astros are 6-3-1 to the Over. Two potent offenses with two mediocre pitchers in a hitter's ballpark adds up to runs and an Over play for me.

St. Louis/San Diego Over 7 1/2 +1.14 (3 Unit Play)

It is always dangerous making a play on the total Over when San Diego plays at home but we have some very good stats backing this play. Looper for the Cardinals has been struggling of late and he has an overall ERA of 4.95 on the road so far this year. Meanwhile Chris Young has never beaten the Cardinals in his career and although his home stats are very impressive he still has a 4.18 ERA overall this year. The stats that really cemented this play for me though are that of tonight's HP umpire Jim Reynolds. Reynolds' is 6-1 to the Over so far in his games umpired behind home plate this year and both pitchers have had two appearances with Reynolds behind the plate and all four of those games went Over the total. The last stat is that the Cardinals are 6-3-1 to the Over in the last 10 with Reynolds while San Diego is 7-3 to the Over in the last 10 as well. This one should get to 8 tonight.

LA Angels +1.31 (3 Unit Play)

My last play today will be to take the LA Angels against the Blue Jays tonight. The Angels are handing the ball to Jon Garland and although he got off to a rocky start he has been great lately going 1-0 with a 1.64 ERA so far in May. Garland has also pitched very well against the Blue Jays in his career going 9-2 with a 4.15 ERA in 89 innings of work. Garland's teams have also won 8 out of the last 10 games he has started against the Blue Jays. Marcum is getting the ball for the Jays and although he has pitched well against the Angels he has still only made two starts against them. The HP umpire for tonight is scheduled to be Rick Reed who is only 4-7 for the home team so far this year and while Garland has pitched three games with Reed behind the plate going 2-1 in those starts Marcum is making his first appearance ever with Reed. The last stat that held meaning with me is that the LA Angels have went 9-1 in the last 10 games with Reed behind home plate. The Blue Jays offense continues to stay in it's season long funk and I like the Angels in this game tonight.

Shark Systems

The Following IS A Shark System PREMIUM Play. This is game two of
series twenty-six. This is for 3 units of wager.

The Yankees always seem to come back strong after a big beatdown at home. I see them doing just that after the 12-2 loss they took to Baltimore on Tuesday night. Two minor league call up pitchers take to the moundtonight with perfect records on the line. Darrell Rasner for the Yankees 2-03.00) is perfect through two starts since May 4th goes for theYankees. Garett Olson is 3-0 with a 3.47 ERA and has Baltimore with a 4-0record in his 4 starts this season. Olson is clearly the better pitcher yet theYankees are -140 favorites. These two pitchers are bound to give up severalruns, which leads me to think the Yankees explode offensively tonight. Jump onthe Bronx Bombers tonight on the moneyline
