Oddsmakers from online sports book BroburySports.com has made the Western Conference a 1-point favorite over the Eastern Conference for the 2010 NBA All-Star Game afte rthe West beat the East 146-119 last year.

In the past 10 NBA All-Star Games, the West has won six times to the East’s four victories. The East has won three of the last four games, however, and are just two years removed from beating the West 134-128 in New Orleans in 2008.

The West is led by the dominant front court of Tim Duncan, Carmelo Anthony, Pau Gasol and Amare Stoudemire. They also have a seasoned backcourt, featuring Steve Nash and Jason Kidd, although they’re certainly miss Lakers’ star Kobe Bryant, who will miss this year’s game due to an ankle injury.

Cavs’ superstar LeBron James, who will have a ton of support from Kevin Garnett, Dwyane Wade, Dwight Howard, Chris Bosh and Paul Pierce, leads the East. Much like Bryant, Allen Iverson (who many feel shouldn’t have been voted in) will miss this year’s game.

You can watch this year’s NBA All-Star Game on TNT starting at 8:20PM ET. For odds, see below.
