2010 NBA Free Agency Prop Odds – Where will Carlos Boozer Sign?

One of the forgotten marquee free agents in this 2010 class is Carlos Boozer.

Bet NBA Free Agency

With free agency ready to begin on July 1, the odds are out as to where Boozer will be playing basketball next season.

Oddsmakers from online sports book SBGGLOBAL have given Miami 1/1 odds to sign Boozer while other short odds are New Jersey (3/1), Utah (3/1), and Washington (11/2).

Miami has been the talk of the free agent world for their rumored plan to sign LeBron James, Dwayne Wade, and Chris Bosh. If that is to happen, Boozer will not be with the Heat. But, if this mega-deal doesn’t work out, Miami will be targeting Boozer to help with its front court.

New Jersey has money to spend and the Nets would like to bolster its talent inside. Already with some young talent, the Nets may not be as urgent to sign Boozer for need, but simply to land a big free agent if the big three look elsewhere.

Utah is where Carlos has spent the last handful of years and the Jazz have the ability to offer him more money than any other team. Boozer has flourished with Utah as the Jazz are a player or two away from being a legit contender for the NBA title. If there are no intriguing offers from a contender, Boozer may opt to stay in Utah.

With the addition of John Wall in the NBA Draft, the Wizards would now like to add a big free agent, especially up front. Boozer could fill that need as he would also be a veteran leader for the team as Wall matures. The Wizards have the money to bring him in and they want to make a splash this offseason.
