NCAA FREE PICK: Take Duke. According to latest college basketball trends, Boston College is 3-8 ATS last 11 vs. a team with a winning home record. Duke is 4-1 ATS last 5 home games and is 17-8 ATS last 25 vs. a team with a losing SU record.

Boston College (12-14 SU, 12-8-2 ATS) is coming off some solid play as of late, as they defeated Maryland last Tuesday giving 1, 69-58. They also Duke all they could handle on Feb. 5, falling by one at home. Duke (23-3 SU, 14-12 ATS) bounced back from a loss at Maryland in a big way on Thursday, crushing Virginia Tech, 88-56 on he road as a 12.5-point favorite. With Miami-Fla. losing at Wake Forest on Saturday, that gives Duke (10-3 ACC) an opportunity to inch closer to the Hurricanes, who had their first conference loss. That's not good for Boston College, a young team who is going to have to play in one of the toughest environments in all sports. They didn't far to well last year, losing by 16 and the year before, falling by 20. Duke's Seth Curry is on fire, scoring 65 in his last three games. He averages 18.7 points on 55.2 percent shooting in his three games against Boston College. Expect Curry, Quinn Cook and Rasheed Sulaimon to make it a three-point shooting party against the Eagles, who will be overwhelmed.
