2013 NBA Playoffs Grizzlies vs. Spurs Game 2 Picks & Predictions
By ATSSportsline.com

SAN ANTONIO, TX (ATS Consultants) – In what should be a low-scoring game, the Spurs will host the Grizzlies tonight in Game 2 at 9:00PM ET.

ODDS: Oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv have installed the Spurs as 5.5-point favorites over the Grizzlies, while the over/under total is currently sitting at 181 points. In Game 1 of this series on Sunday, San Antonio knocked off Memphis 105-83 and covered easily as a 4.5-point favorite. The combined score also went over the total of 181.5.

LINE MOVEMENT: The Spurs opened as 4.5-point favorites over the Grizzlies but the spread has jumped to either 5 or 5.5, depending on the sports book. The total, meanwhile, opened at 183 and has been bet down to 181 at most sports books.

PUBLIC BETTING: Of the current wagers placed on tonight’s game, 51% of NBA public bettors currently favor the Spurs. This information is subject to change, however, so make sure you click on the link provided to get the most updated public betting numbers.

NBA FREE PICK: Take the under. According to latest NBA trends, Memphis is 3-7-1 Under last 11 vs. Southwest Division and 4-10 Under last 14 when their opponent scores 100 points or more in their previous game. San Antonio is 9-23-2 Under last 34 when their opponent allows 100 points or more in their previous game and 1-5 Under last 6 playing on 1 days rest.

This Spurs took care of business in Game 1 at home, winning with ease. Memphis, who had allowed 89.8 points per game and their opponents to shoot 33.8 percent from three-point range, was defenseless in Game 1. The Grizzlies held Tim Duncan to just six points in Game 1 but they were hurt by the perimeter players of the Spurs. Tony Parker led the Spurs with 20 points, while Kawhi Leonard added 18, including 4 of 5 from beyond the arc. San Antonio normally snoots 37 percent from three-point range, but they set a franchise record for the most three-pointers in a playoff game with 14. Expect the Grizzlies to concentrate on closing out on the Spurs' perimeter shooters much better in Game 1. The defenses will be tighter and the scores will be lower in Game 2.

2013 NBA FREE PICK: GRIZZLIES/SPURS UNDER 181
