2013 NBA Playoffs Knicks vs. Pacers Game 3 Picks & Predictions
By ATSSportsline.com

INDIANAPOLIS, IN (ATS Consultants) – The Knicks and Pacers are tied up at one game apiece; which team will take Game 3 tonight at 8:00PM ET?

Last game: (5/7/13) New York (-5.5) over Indiana, 105-79. New York (59-31 SU, 50-38-2 ATS, 41-46-3 O/U) put it all together in Game 2. Indiana (54-35 SU, 47-42 ATS, 43-44-2 O/U) showed little intensity and looked as though they were satisfied with a split. The #2 Knicks visit Bankers Life Fieldhouse from Indianapolis to take on the Pacers on Saturday at 8pmET.

ODDS: Oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv have installed the Pacers as 4-point favorites over the Knicks, while the over under total is currently sitting at 183 points.

LINE MOVEMENT: The Pacers opened as 4-point favorites and that's where the point spread currently sits at most sports books, although the line has been bumped up to 4.5 at plenty of online books. As for the total, it opened at 184 and has been bet down to either 183 or 182 depending on what book you view.

PUBLIC BETTING: Of the current wagers placed on tonight’s game, 55% of NBA public bettors currently favor the Pacers. This information is subject to change, however, so make sure you click on the link provided to get the most updated public betting numbers.

NBA FREE PICK: Take Indiana. According to latest NBA trends, New York is 1-4 ATS last 5 following an ATS win. Indiana is 10-4 ATS last 14 playing on 3 or more days rest and 10-4 ATS last 14 following a SU loss of more than 10 points. Home team is 5-2 ATS last 7 in series.

The should be a grinding, very physical series. Indiana was competitive with the Knicks in Game 2 until the fateful fourth quarter when the New York went on a 30-2 run. The Knicks also out rebounded Indiana by 2 and the Pacers are the top rebounding team in the league (+9.4 rebounding margin). The Pacers also committed 21 turnovers that led to 32 points in Game 2. For Indiana, getting that one win on the road was huge. This is a very good home team that routed Atlanta in their last three games in the first round by double digits in each game (18.3 ppg). Indiana beat New York, 125-91 in their only home game in the regular season against the Knicks. Expect a repeat performance for the Pacers in a easy cover.

2013 NBA FREE PICK: INDIANA PACERS -4
