- but here’s the thing also society somewhat directs u that way for instance tonight’s basketball game can we tune it in on a AM radio and listen to it? I doubt it can we watxh it on regular network? Nope so u have to have cable etc
Well said brother and true on many points there were 5 kids in my family 4 boys 1 girl my father converted the dining room down stairs into a bedroom, so my 2 older brothers had there room, my other brother and me had a room, and of course my sister had to have her own, he worked 3 jobs fire Dept., Drove a beer truck, and did electric work on the side, and my mother worked 18 years as a head cashier for a food store local, if it was a nice day out and know school, you were up at 8 cereal, and out the door, till dinner, there was no sitting in front of the TV, or laying in fuckin bed all day
I actually miss listening to games on the radio something special about it the announcers were better and u got to imagine didn’t like when the a m band would fade away and slowly fade back in a min or two later or crackle bc of a big thunderstorm somewhere
