VILLANOVA, PA (ATS Consultants) – Georgetown can clinch at least a share of its first regular-season Big East title since the 2007-08 season when it visits Villanova at 7:00PM ET tonight.

The Hoyas enter tonight’s game with a 23-4 overall record and are 13-3 in the Big East, while the Wildcats are 18-12 overall and 9-8 in conference play.

LINE MOVEMENT:
Georgetown opened as a 1-point favorite but the spread has since flipped to Villanova -1, or is a pick’em at some online sports books. The total, meanwhile, opened at 120 and has been bet up to 122.5.

NCAA FREE PICK:
Take Villanova. According to the latest college basketball trends, Villanova is 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games following a S.U. loss, 7-3 ATS in their last 10 home games, 14-6 ATS in their last 20 games overall. Georgetown (23-4 SU, 14-9 ATS) has won 11 straight games as they come into this game as one of the hottest teams in the nation. They beat Rutgers on Saturday, 64-51, but didn't cover the 13.5. Villanova (18-12 SU, 17-9-1 ATS) have lost two straight, including a 73-64 loss at Pittsburgh in overtime, getting 9.5. Villanova has beaten Marquette, Louisville and Syracuse at home. Senior forward Mouphtaou Yarou with just two rebounds, will become the 10th player to score more than 1,000 points and grab at least 800 rebounds in their Wildcats' career, joining a list that includes Ed Pinckney, Harold Pressley and Dante Cunningham. Ryan Arcidiacono (12.2 points) has averaged 17.8 points per game in his last five games. Villanova, who did not make the NCAA Tournament last year, would have a much better chance if they beat Georgetown at home. Georgetown ends with a meeting at home against rival Syracuse on Saturday.
