ANN ARBOR, MI (TheSpread) – The Michigan Wolverines look to remain unbeaten at home when they host the Utah Utes on Friday in college basketball. Here is a breakdown of my pick for the game.
Michigan is 6-2 on the season and 5-0 at home while Utah is 6-2 on the year and 1-1 on the road. Michigan’s play last year makes them a questionable pick, but they have started strong this year.
Oddsmakers from online sportsbook SBGGLOBAL.com have released their odds for this game and made Michigan an 8-point favorite against Utah. The over/under has been set at 127. Here is a look at the trends and my pick for tonight’s game.

Michigan is just 2-7 against the spread in their last 9 games as a favorite and 2-6 ATS in their last 8 home games. Utah is 6-2 ATS in their last 8 road games. I think Michigan can win, but my pick is with Utah and the points as the Wolverines still have a lot to prove.
