SAN DIEGO, CA (TheSpread) – Two top-10 teams collide Saturday afternoon as No. 6 San Diego State hosts No. 7 BYU. Here is a breakdown of my pick for this contest.
View Current College Basketball Odds
San Diego State is 27-1 on the season and 14-0 at home while BYU is 26-2 on the year and 10-1 on the road. Both teams are 12-1 in Mountain West play but BYU holds a 71-58 win over the Aztecs already this season.
Oddsmakers from online sportsbook SBGGLOBAL.com have released their odds for this game and made San Diego State a 3.5-point favorite at home. The over/under has been set at 140.5 points. Here is a look at the trends and my pick for tonight’s game.
BYU vs. San Diego State, 2PM ET (View Matchup)
BYU is just 2-5 against the spread in their last 7 games at San Diego State and the Aztecs are 8-1 ATS in their last 9 games as a favorite of 0.5-6.5 points. My pick for this game is San Diego State as they have revenge on their mind. Look for them to limit BYU on offense and have a different game plan from the first meeting.
