ANN ARBOR, MI (TheSpread) – Michigan looks to get a big win on Wednesday to better its postseason chances when it plays host to No. 12 Wisconsin.
View Current College Basketball Odds
Michigan is 17-11 on the season and 13-4 at home while Wisconsin is 20-6 overall and 3-5 on the road. The Badgers are 10-4 in the Big Ten while Michigan is 7-8.
Oddsmakers from online sportsbook SBGGLOBAL.com have released their odds for this game and made Wisconsin a 4-point favorite at Michigan. The over/under has been set at 121.5 points. Here is a look at the trends and my pick for tonight’s game.
Wisconsin at Michigan, 6:30PM ET (View Matchup)
The Badgers are 4-1 against the spread in their last 5 games at Michigan and 6-1 ATS in their last 7 games following a failed cover. Michigan is 7-1 ATS in their last 8 conference games and 5-0 ATS in their last 5 games against a team with a winning record. This is a tough pick, but I am going with Michigan at home. Wisconsin likes to slow the game down and play tough defense, but Michigan can shoot well from outside and make things tough on opponents. Wisconsin has struggled on the road as well, so give me the Wolverines with the points.
