Wednesday - Villanova at Temple
Villanova comes into this game ranked #1 in the country, so Temple will be sky high for this matchup. Both teams have been playing excellent basketball as of late; Villanova is 14-1 SU during their last 15 games while Temple is 12-3 SU over their past 15 games. This Philadelphia rivalry has been highly competitive over the years, and this game shouldn't be much different.
Thursday - Wisconsin at Michigan State
Wisconsin has been playing their best basketball of the season recently; the Badgers have won 7 straight games after going just 3-6 SU during the nine games prior. Wisconsin has won their last three road games, but that streak will likely come to an end here. Michigan State is 11-2 SU at home, and since they lost at Wisconsin earlier this season, the Spartans will come with their best effort in this game.
Friday - Richmond at VCU
Richmond and VCU played a highly entertaining game earlier this season; the Rams won 94-89 in overtime on the Spiders’ home court. Richmond will be playing their third road game over their last four games, so they are not in the best of spots for this game. VCU recently had their 12-game winning streak snapped, but they have since won back-to-back games, so they’ll have momentum coming into this game.
Saturday - Oklahoma at West Virginia
Oklahoma just lost to Kansas for the second time this season, but those defeats don't take much away from the season they are having. The Sooners already have 20 wins on the season, but they only beat West Virginia by 2 points on their home court. The Mountaineers come in off a loss at Texas, so they’ll be primed for a peak performance in this game.
Sunday - Michigan at Maryland
Michigan has been inconsistent this season despite playing a weak schedule. The Wolverines will be playing their third consecutive road game, so they are not in a good spot for this contest. Maryland’s schedule has been the opposite, and the Terrapins will be playing their fourth home game over their last five games. Maryland lost their last home game, so they’ll be looking to atone for that poor performance.
Monday - Virginia at Miami Florida
Virginia will be well-rested for this game; the Cavaliers last played a week ago. Virginia is 8-1 SU over their last nine games, and they beat the Hurricanes 66-58 earlier this season. Miami won't be as fresh as they’ll play two games prior to hosting Virginia. The Hurricanes will head into those games with a 7-1 SU record over their last eight games. Miami has only lost once at home this season, and that defeat came by just a single point.
Tuesday - Kansas at Baylor
Kansas is on the verge of another regular season Big 12 conference title. The Jayhawks have played terrific basketball on both ends of the court all season, so Baylor will need to be at their best to get a win in this game. Baylor will be looking to avenge their 28-point loss in Lawrence earlier this season. The Bears have struggled as of late, but they are a capable team.
