I just ate 3 plates at a Chinese buffet for dinner and stopped and got a dozen donuts on the way home so I might be right behind you in the death march. I don't think there is enough water in my house to counteract all this sodium I just consumed. I'm so stupid sometimes.

hey mike ur right, i gotta laugh we have a ton of those joints around here, some mixed, chinese and jap food, i don't know how they do it, mussels, clams shrimp, and its good, for 10 bucks, the 1 place just across the line in delaware, and know sales tax there

With all the shit I have and continue to put in my body, water is the least of my concerns Ranger. I'm retiring from the Chinese buffet though, that shit made me feel awful for real.
