NOTRE DAME -1.5
NOTRE DAME VS GEORGIA TECH | 3/12 | 2:30 PM EDT
YESTERDAY 11:45 PM
This line is a direct result of both teams' recent streaks. Notre Dame hasn’t quite put it together this season, but still has some tremendous talent. Notre Dame has played nationally ranked teams in North Carolina, Clemson, and Florida State very tight this year. And has even beaten Purdue handily. The Fighting Irish are facing a Georgia Tech team that is very hard to tail after getting thrashed multiple times by the same teams ND has played close to the final buzzer. Look for Mike Brey to string a few wins together in the ACC tournament.

PITTSBURGH VS BOSTON COLLEGE | 3/12 | 7:00 PM EDT
YESTERDAY 11:41 PM
I am very confused by this line. Call this a trap bet, but the Eagles have far too much value to pass up Tuesday night. B.C. played this depleted Panthers team less than a month ago and showed why it is the better team. Look for Pitt to continue its miserable season, which has seen the Panthers lose 14 of 15. Eagles win comfortably.

Being this huge of an underdog isn't anything new for Cleveland. This seems a like a ton of points, but the last five times the Cavs have been underdog by 14 points or more, they've failed to cover in all of them. No Kevin Love for the Cavs, but no Jimmy Butler for the Sixers. The Cavs' offense falls apart with their All-Star center, while Philly has many more options available. Philly can disappear some nights, but it's been less likely to happen at home.

PORTLAND @ L.A. CLIPPERS | 3/12 | 10:30 PM EDT

The Clippers have figured it out, winning five in a row and covering in nine of 10. Lou Williams is averaging 26 ppg off the bench over the last 11 games, Danilo Gallinari is a 20-plus machine lately and a defense that's allowing more than 113 ppg has allowed that mark just twice in the last 10 games. They're just two games behind the Blazers for the No. 5 spot in the West, and Portland is far better at home compared to on the road (15-17). The Blazers' backcourt depth could be limited by injuries, too.

The Wolves could be without as many as four regulars, including top-two players Karl-Anthony Towns and Andrew Wiggins. Those two are "questionable" at this hour but there's little reason to rush them here at Denver, with a huge matchup with Utah in two days. The Nuggets are trending downward, having lost six of seven, but they're back home and, if there's no Towns, it's an opportunity to take some frustrations out and bounce back in a big way.

This has been a long season for both teams, but one has shown life since the calendar hit March. Georgia Tech has won and covered both its games this month, while Notre Dame's injury problems just won't stop. The Irish will play Tuesday without sophomore swingman D.J. Harvey, their third-leading scorer. Notre Dame will be down to six rotational players. They've lost seven straight and are 6-12 ATS in their last 18 games. Back the Yellow Jackets.

This is a huge line when you consider Jimmy Butler (rest) is out. However, Kevin Love will also sit out for rest while Larry Nance Jr. (chest) and Tristan Thompson (foot) are dealing with injuries. The last time Love was rested, the Cavaliers lost by 36 points at home to the Pistons. Yikes. I’ll take the Sixers to cover.

The combatants' previous two games this season both went Under, so it’s a reach to expect as much as this total in the pressure cooker of the NEC Tournament championship game. Neither team has crossed 140 in its two tournament games, with Fairleigh Dickinson scoring 130 and 128 and St. Francis managing 130 and 136. The visiting Knights have a four-game Under streak, and the Red Flash are about the same (4-1) lately at home. Go with the Under.

The last time these two teams met they combined for a total of 108 points. I would anticipate seeing more than that in this game, but not much more. Unders in conference finals always have value, as teams are playing their third or fourth game in as many days, plus there's the pressure of playing for a tournament bid. Take this Under before the total gets any lower.

UNDER 136.5 SAINT MARY'S VS GONZAGA | 3/12 | 9:00 PM EDT

If it ain't broke, don't fix it. That applies to both my philosophy in this game, as for the West Coast Conference, as Gonzaga and St. Mary's meet for like the 324th consecutive year in the game. Anyway, I love Unders in conference finals. With teams playing their third or fourth game in as many days, and with a NCAA tournament bid on the line, tired teams get tight, and that keeps scores down more often than not.

N. DAKOTA ST. VS NEB.-OMAHA | 3/12 | 9:00 PM EDT

Once South Dakota State fell to Western Illinois in the first round, the Summit League became Nebraska-Omaha's to lose. And I don't think it will. The Mavericks faced this North Dakota State team twice during the regular season and beat them twice. Once by 13 at home and then by 8 on the road. Omaha is just superior offensively, and that will be the deciding factor today.

There will be a lot of key players missing from this game on both sides, which is having a clear effect on the spread, but I don't think it's impacted the total enough. Long story short, it should be lower than where it is. The Under has gone 17-5 in Philly's last 22 games, and it's 7-4-1 this season when Cleveland is on the second of a back-to-back. Going back to previous seasons, the Under is 18-7 during the second game of a back-to-back the last 25 times the Cavs have played them.

The Top 2 teams square off for the Conference title. Both teams won on their home floor by 4 during the regular season and both of those games were Friday Night Homegames, so these two teams are about as even as you can be on paper. Most people will look at Wright St winning easily and N. Kentucky just winning by 1 and think that’s an advantage for Wright St coming off the easy win but I actually think the opposite. I prefer the team that had the tight game because if tonight’s game is tight down the stretch they already had the experience of playing a tight game they have a huge advantage if it’s another tight game. N. Kentucky was 8-7 SU on the road this year while Wright St was just 6-10 SU on the road. Wright St is 8-2 ATS L10 while N. Kentucky is just 3-7 ATS but they are 8-2 SU. N. Kentucky owns the offensive numbers and the better defensive numbers in this match up. My numbers have N. Kentucky winning by 5-7 points.

Point Spread: +9½/-110 New Orleans
Sportsbook: BetOnline
New Orleans +9.5
The Pelicans have value catching points her.e
Milwaukee enters this head to head struggling against the Pelicans. Milwaukee has failed to cover in 6 of the last 8 games played in New Orleans.
Along with that, the last 4 matchups have seen the Pelicans cover the number as well.
The Pelicans have played a majority of their better basketball at home too. New Orleans has gone 18-14 SU while scoring 116 points per game. This team tends to get up and down the floor much better for some reason inside their own building, and will likely pick up the pace here knowing what they're up against.
Some trends to note. Pelicans are 5-1 ATS in their last 6 home games vs. a team with a winning road record.Pelicans are 12-3-1 ATS in their last 16 games vs. a team with a winning % above .600.
Back New Orleans.

The Blue Jackets still haven't figured things out as they welcome in the Bruins in the 2nd leg of a back to back.
Columbus could not build off a huge win as they were shutout in New York 2 days after knocking off the Penguins at home on Saturday. Columbus has hit a wall here, as they are playing with no confidence whatsoever.
That doesn't bode well against the Bruins, who have won 15 of their last 18 overall. On top of that they are 8-0 when playing on 1 days rest.
Some trends to note. Bruins are 24-6 in their last 30 Tuesday games.Bruins are 7-2 in their last 9 vs. a team with a winning record.
Back Boston.
