NBA | Raptors vs 76ers
Play on: 76ers -4½ -107 at pinnacle

My 1* Free Play is is on the Philadelphia 76ers (8:05 EST).

The Raptors didn’t play star guard Kyle Lowry in their most recent home win over the Clippers and he’s likely to sit out here as well. Toronto is 38-16 this year and the All Star game is now less than two weeks away.

The 76ers won’t be taking anything for granted here. After back-to-back wins over the Warriors and Lakers, Philadelphia comes into this one off a loss to the Kings on the road. Jimmy Butler was a bright spot in the losing cause with 29 points, seven assists, four boards and two steals.

Note as well that Philadelphia is 6-2 ATS in its last eight following a straight up loss and 8-3 ATS in its last 11 following an ATS loss.

Conversely note that Toronto is 4-9 ATS in its last 13 after an ATS win and only 3-7 ATS in its last ten following a SU win or more than ten points.

Consider the 76ers on Tuesday night.

Good luck…Larry

Play on: St. Louis -1 -107 at betonline

Play - Saint Louis (Game 632).

Edges - Billikens: 4-1 ATS in this series … Flyers: 0-4 ATS when coming off consecutive wins versus an opponent coming off a loss this season … We recommend a 1* play on Saint Louis in this game. Thank you and good luck as always.

Dayton/St. Louis UNDER the total

Interesting, Dayton visits St. Louis on the ebb of a four game winning streak, while home standing STL is coming off a loss their 4th straight. Teams going in opposite directions, but let's forget the obvious and go on the board with an UNDER move. The series shows a 6-of-8 UNDER history. The Flyers board 4-0 UNDER L4 and 4-0 UNDER against the A-10. Also, they are 4-1 UNDER off a SU win. Suffering Looie looks to bounce back, but no matter we feel a lower scoring encounter as they are 15-3 UNDER at home and 12-4 UNDER in Tuesday editions. With St. Louis 5-1 UNDER L6 versus winning basketball teams....LOW!

NBA | Heat vs Blazers
Play on: Blazers -7 -101 at pinnacle

Entering Tuesday night's matchup with the Heat in Portland, the Blazers have won three games in a row and six of their last seven and are off a DD blowout win 132-105 vs Utah 5 days ago and are on fresh legs after being off for so long. Note: PORTLAND is 8-0 ATS after a blowout win by 15 points or more this season and is a perfect 8-0 ATS in home games after scoring 110 points or more 3 straight games over the last 2 seasons and is riding an eight-game home win streak and stands in fourth place in the Western Conference. Meanwhile,Miami a team constantly battling injury woes, comes to Portland with a three-game losing streak and off a home loss to Indiana by a 95-88 score. Note: Portland has lost their L/17 straight games after facing the Pacers. Overall the Heat have been lethargic offensively scoring 99 points or less in 8 of their L/14. With that said, you have have to be able to score consistently against teams like Portland, and with the Heat not showing enough consistency with their performance output , their chances here tonight vs an explosive side that does their best work at home is below average on a value scale. Miami did beat Portland at home earlier this season when they were healthy but with payback on board and the heat limping Im recommending we back the Blazers to cover in this spot.

PORTLAND is 15-4 ATS in home games versus poor foul drawing teams - attempting 24 or less free throws/game - 2nd half of the season over the last 2 seasons.

Play on Portland to cover

10* FREE NBA PICK (Lakers -3)

I'll take my chances here with the Lakers as a small road favorite against the Pacers. LeBron James was a late scratch against the Warriors on Saturday, but is expected back in the lineup tonight. With James on the floor, I just don't see Los Angeles losing this game. The Pacers have followed up their 4-game losing streak with back-to-back wins, but are clearly not the same team without Victor Oladipo. This is also a really bad scheduling spot for Indiana, who will not only being playing on no rest after playing at New Orleans last night, but this is their 3rd game in the last 4 days and 5th in the last 7 days. The only thing keeping this from being a premium play is the chance that LA is able to get a deal done for Anthony Davis, which would leave them absolutely depleted in terms of depth with all the guys they are giving up. Even then, I still think LeBron can shoulder the load and carry whoever is on the floor with him to a win. Give me the Lakers -3!

NHL | Golden Knights vs Lightning
Play on: Golden Knights +135 at BMaker

ASA PLAY ON Free Pick: Vegas at Tampa Bay, Tuesday @ 7:35 PM ET

We have seen this type of value situation many times in the past work out very well and we won't pass up on the opportunity here. The Golden Knights are the defending Western Conference Champions but have hit a rare tough patch on the ice as they've lost 4 straight games. Now they get the chance to take on this season's top team in the standings. Of course square bettors and public bettors will be backing the Lightning here. After all, Tampa Bay is on home ice and Vegas has struggled recently. However, you can see where the sharp money is on this game. This money line opened up as high as a -180 but is now down to as low as a -145 even though the higher percentage of bets have come in on the Bolts in this one. What does that tell you? Of course it is evidence that the bigger bets and the sharper money flows are with the road dog in this one. Our sources in Vegas (follow the Golden Knights very closely) say that the players are chomping at the bit for this opportunity. The Knights suffered a home loss to the Lightning earlier this season despite a 31 to 23 edge in shots on goal. Vegas did a good job of limiting Tampa Bay's opportunities in that game but came up just short in a 3-2 final. The Golden Knights do it again here and, just like their last trip to Tampa (a 4-1 win), Vegas gets the convincing win here as a sizable underdog! Great value spot. Free Pick: Vegas Golden Knights in early evening action Tuesday

NCAA-B | Florida State vs Syracuse
Play on: Syracuse -2 -108 at pinnacle

1* Free NCAAB Pick on Syracuse Orange -2

This is just too good a price to pass up on the Orange at home. Syracuse is 11-3 at home this season, have started out 7-2 in ACC play and come in having gone 9-2 ATS in their last 11 games. Backing the Orange at home inside conference action has been a wise investment. Syracuse is 15-6 ATS last 3 seasons at home in ACC play.

Florida State comes in having won 3 straight and are ranked No. 22 in the country. However, they have beat Clemson and Georgia Tech at home and won at Miami. All of which currently have losing marks in the ACC. Seminoles are only scoring 69.5 ppg and shooting 41.3% from the field since conference play started. Syracuse only gives up 58.2 ppg at home and are holding opponents in ACC action to a mere 39.6% from the field.

Florida State is 7-18 ATS last 25 conference road games, 25-45 last 70 road games after 3 or more consecutive wins and 2-10 ATS last 12 on the road off a conference home win. Take Syracuse!

NBA | Raptors vs 76ers
Play on: UNDER 232 -115

Take Under the Total in the game between the Toronto Raptors and the Philadelphia 76ers. Toronto (38-16) looks to build off their 121-103 win over the Los Angeles Clippers on Sunday. The Raptors have played 4 straight games Under the Total after a straight-up win. Toronto has also played 5 of their last 7 games Under the Total after allowing at least 100 points in their last contest. Philadelphia (34-19) looks to rebound from a 115-108 loss at Sacramento on Saturday. The 76ers gave played 5 of their last 6 home games Under the Total after a straight-up loss. Philadelphia has also played 5 of their last 7 home games Under the Total against teams with a winning record on the road. Take the Under. Best of luck — Frank.

1 Unit FREE PLAY on Memphis Grizzlies +1

The Memphis Grizzlies want to avenge their two-point overtime loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves on the road on January 30th. Well, they don’t have to wait long to get their revenge. They host the Timberwolves tonight and with the way they are playing of late, they should be able to get the job done. The Grizzlies are 4-0-1 ATS in their last five games overall. The Timberwolves are banged up right now without their three best guards in Derrick Rose, Jeff Teague and Tyus Jones. They are also missing Robert Covington. The Timberwolves are 0-3 ATS in their last three games overall. The Grizzlies are 35-12 ATS in their last 37 home games off a road win by 10 points or more. The Timberwolves are 0-5 ATS in their last five games on two days’ rest. Memphis is 6-1 ATS in the last seven meetings. Give me the Grizzlies.

NBA | Raptors vs 76ers
Play on: 76ers -2½ -109 at GTBets

Jack’s Free Pick Tuesday: Philadelphia 76ers -2.5

The Philadelphia 76ers are rested and ready to go tonight. They come in on two days’ rest and will be highly motivated for a victory against division rival Toronto, who they trail by 3.5 games for first place in the Atlantic Division.

Adding to their motivation is the fact that they’ve lost two out of three meetings with the Raptors thus far this season. The home team won all three meetings, a trend that has stayed true in this series. Indeed, the home team is now 8-1 SU & 7-2 ATS in the last nine meetings. The 76ers won 126-101 over Toronto in their lone home meetings this season.

Philadelphia has been one of the best home teams in the NBA this year. It is 21-5 SU at home this season, outscoring opponents by 10.1 points per game on average. Toronto is just 2-10 ATS in its last 12 road games.

The 76ers are 25-11 ATS in their last 36 home games vs. a team with a winning road record. Philadelphia is 8-3 ATS in its last 11 games following an ATS loss. Toronto is 2-8 ATS in its last 10 road games vs. a team with a home winning % of greater than .600. The favorite is 20-6 ATS in the last 26 meetings. The home team is 5-0 ATS in the last five meetings. Bet the 76ers Tuesday.

Tuesday night comp play comes from 20th and Olney where a pair of Big Five Philly schools will jump ball.

St. Joe's plays at Tom Gola Arena against the suddenly cooking La Salle Explorers who enter play tonight winners of 3 in a row.

The Hawks playoff a win over the weekend, as St. Joseph's was able to hold off UMass by a basket on Hawk Hill to snap a 2 game losing streak. Phil Martelli's team has had major issues on the Atlantic 10 road, as they have lost ALL 5 in conference play, and are just 1-4 against the spread in those 5 losses.

A closer look at La Salle's uptick shows them holding their opponents to an average of just 60 points, as first year coach Ashley Howard's massage of defense first looks like it is starting to pay some dividends. Remember, this La Salle team started at 0-10 before catching their groove, as they are 6-4 straight up now their last 10 games, and have covered in 7 of those 10.

With this being a "City Series" game, emotions will be amped-up, and it should be noted that the home team has won each of the last 5 series meetings, and is 7-1 overall the last 8 times these nearby rivals have tangled.

The Explorers are led by Pookie Powell who scores close to 16 points per game. Saul Phiri and Isiah Deas have also been chipping in on a nightly basis with double-figures. As for the Hawks, they are definitely feeling the void of the loss of Lamarr Kimble and his 16 plus points per game average.

In this near pick'em spot, let's side with the hot home team, as La Salle extends their A-10 win streak to 4 in a row at the expense of St. Joe's.

3* LA SALLE

I'm not giving up on an earlier-season statement about ninth-ranked Michigan State being a potential national championship caliber team, but by the looks of how it is playing right now, I don't think it should be laying double digits to any Big Ten team. In particular an Illinois Fighting Illini team that has won two of its last three games - including a victory over then-No. 13 Maryland at Madison Square Garden on Jan. 26.

The Spartans will have their hands full with the defensively disruptive Illini, especially since they've lost two in a row and appear to have lost a bit of confidence. Michigan State just lost on the road at Purdue, and then Saturday at home against Indiana in overtime. The chemistry that saw the Spartans win 18 of their first 20 games and open the Big Ten campaign winning their first nine games, is nowhere to be found.

If this game were in Lansing, I would understand laying double digits, but it's not. Considering Lansing made no difference against Indiana, which entered the game losers of eight straight and the worst 3-point shooting team in the conference, I'm really wondering if Illinoisis worth a shot on the moneyline.

Second-year coach Brad Underwood has Illinois fighting defensively, as it leads the Big Ten in turnovers, something that doesn't bode well for Michigan State, which is averaging more than 13 turnovers a game.

It's going to be loud tonight, and the Illini will be relentless.

Michigan State should not be laying double digits here, and I'm glad to take the points with the home underdog.

4* ILLINOIS

It's very easy to conceive the second-ranked Duke Blue Devils will have this number covered thanks to one person and one alone.

There is nobody in the country who can slow down superstar freshman Zion Williamson.

End of story.

Quite frankly, I should be able to just type Z-I-O-N W-I-L-L-I-A-M-S-O-N, and be done with my analysis.

End of story.

But, far too many cry babies would want more. So here goes...

The 6-foot-7, 285-pounder has set a freshman record for Duke by scoring 25-plus points in 10 games - including 29 on Saturday, when the Blue Devils demolished St. John's, 91-61. The future No. 1 pick in this year's NBA draft is averaging 22.3 points and 9.0 rebounds in 21 games.

Oh, and he isn't even the team leader in scoring.

That would be R.J. Barrett, who is averaging 23.1 points to accompany 7.3 rebounds.

And with Boston College facing the potential of being without Wynston Tabbs, who ranks second on the team with 13.9 points per game, this thing could be out of hand early.

Between Williamson and Barrett, and the rest of the second-ranked Blue Devils - the depth Coach K once again has - this game will be a joke.

Lay the chalk.

Remind me again why it wasn't too long ago people were saying Kentucky was going to fall off an suffer a tough season.

I can't remember the reason, but the Wildcats look like an entirely different team right now, and they're my free play against the South Carolina Gamecocks tonight.

The Wildcats, impressive at 18-3 overall and 7-1 in SEC play, have now won eight straight game since losing their SEC opener against Alabama, including a victory over then-No. 9 Kansas in the SEC/Big 12 Challenge. The other seven were all SEC wins.

Still sitting one game behind top-ranked Tennessee in the league standings, the Wildcats did come away with the No. 5 rankings in yesterday's AP poll, after a 65-54 victory at Florida on Saturday.

Kentucky's defense was more than impressive, too, as it ignited a 14-0 run and stifled Florida to just 12 points over the final 13:53. The Gators made just 9 of 33 shots in the second half, including just 1 of 9 from 3-point range.

Love the way P.J. Washington has grown into a leader for the Wildcats - at both ends of the court. He has a knack for taking over basketball games, and is a true leader on the court, somewhat of an extension of the coaching staff. He'll be tough to stop.

I like Frank Martin as a coach, but he won't be able to outcoach John Calipari in this one, as the Wildcats are playing great, and peaking at the right time.

5* KENTUCKY

Gus Augustine

The Timberwolves and the Grizzlies just met on January 30th at the Target Center in Minnesota, and that game ended 99-97 for an Under, and that game also went to overtime before it was decided!

Going to stick with another Under tonight at FedEx Forum, as it is a known fact that the Grizzlies simply do not score - 100.3 points per game - the basketball. Memphis comes into this game off another Under on Sunday at the New York Knicks, as they are now Under the total in each of their last 4 games, and in 7 of their last 9 games overall.

Minnesota also played an Under following their under with the Grizzlies, as the Timberwolves landed low on Saturday at home against the Denver Nuggets. Minnesota has now played Under the total in 5 of their last 6 games overall.

This will be the third meeting of the year between the teams, and both affairs this season have landed Under. In fact, the Under has cashed in each of the last 5 series meetings, and 7 of the past 8 overall.

The T-Wolves sport an 11-1 Under mark in their last dozen games played against teams with a losing record, and the Grizzlies at 21-33 straight up surely qualify for that trend to continue.

2-for-2 Under already this year, and 5 in a row Under in the series overall moves to 3-for-3 this season, and 6 straight Under between the Timberwolves and Grizzlies.

5* MINNESOTA-MEMPHIS UNDER
