Temple is 19-8-1 ATS as a conference favorite the last two seasons and beat St. Bonaventure 73-55 on the road in their only meeting this season. Today the Owls apply to a 56-14-2 ATS situation that is based on that win, and that angle won for us yesterday with Cal over Oregon. My ratings favor the Owls by 10 1/2 points and I'll take Temple in a 2-Star Best Bet at -10 points or less. Play Strength: 2-Stars at -10 or less.
2* Ohio State (-8 1/2) over Michigan
Ohio State lost to Michigan early in the conference season when Big 10 Player of the Year Evan Turner was sidelined with an injury, but the Buckeyes got their revenge in a lackluster 66-55 home win a few weeks ago. I expect a very good effort from the Buckeyes today based on a 116-48-6 ATS situation and a 48-8-2 ATS situation that both apply (the record is 3-0 ATS when both apply). My ratings favor the Buckeyes by 9 1/2 points and I'll take Ohio State in a 2-Star Best Bet at -10 points or less. Play Strength: 2-Stars at -10 or less.
3* UTEP (-3) over Tulsa
Texas El Paso has won 15 consecutive games and the Miners apply to a very strong 52-8-2 ATS conference tournament momentum situation that won big for us yesterday with Utah State. My ratings favor UTEP by 5 points even with Tulsa getting an advantage for playing this game in their home city (but not on their home floor). I'll take UTEP in a 3-Star Best Bet at -4 or less and for 2-Stars up to -5 points. Play Strength: 3-Stars at -4 or less, 2-Stars up to -5.
