Marc Lawrence

Philadelphia +6.5

When the Grizzlies host the 76ers in Memphis this evening they will likely pay the price for last night's upset revenge win over the Spurs in San Antonio. That's because NBA home teams from Game 74 out are just 2-13 SU and 3-11-1 ATS when playing off a SU win as a double-digit dog this decade, including 0-5-1 ATS as a favorite or dog of three or less points. To make matters worse, Memphis is caught looking dead ahead to another same season revenger with Denver up next and is just 3-11-1 ATS mark in games as a favorite after facing San Antonio, including 0-6-1 ATS when meeting an unrested opponent and 0-3-1 ATS when unrested themselves. With the Sixers 6-2 SU and ATS away against foes off a SU underdog win this season, we'll back the visiting team here tonight. We recommend a 3-unit play on Philadelphia.

Lenny Del Genio

LA Clippers -2

The Clippers show up one game, then you might not see them again for a few games. However, the Clippers were embarrassed here at the Staples Center a couple of weeks back by the Warriors, losing 121-103. Golden State is playing out the string and we look for them to have no gas left in the tank tonight having to play their fourth road game in seven days. Clippers get revenge and a win! Play on LA Clippers.

Tony George

Red Sox/Kansas City Over 7.5

Yes Beckett and Grienke are starting. A stud line up and last years Cy Young winner. The bullpens suck for both teams and KC's bullpen is over a 10 ERA. Boston will come out swinging after getting beat last night and Beckett has over a 9 ERA. KC's bullpen was better yeaterday and back to back solid performances from their bullpen is just not in the cards. I will be at this one Saturday Night and expect a few fireworks late. Play 1 Unit on the OVER.

Bob Balfe

Indiana -11

Indiana has a lot of young, talented players and, if fairly healthy, will make the playoffs next year. The Nets are coming off a very nice win last night (perhaps the best of their season) but how many times can the Nets play well in back to back games? Look for Indiana to score a bunch tonight and the Nets to commit their usual high-turnover rate. Indiana, which should have a pretty decent home crowd, will crush the Nets tonight in a blowout. Take the Pacers.

Nick "BookieKiller" Parsons

6* Pittsburgh -160

For a number of different reasons I believe the value in this contest is on the Penguins:

Sidney Crosby will be trying hard to net his 50th goal of the season tonight; one of the few accomplishments the young captain has not yet achieved.

“It’s one of those numbers,” Crosby said. “It’s a nice accomplishment. You don’t think about those things a lot.”

Evgeni Malkin returned to the lineup last time out and has dominated the Thrashers in the past.

The Pens are tied with the Devils atop the Atlantic, but New Jersey owns the tie-breaker; so tonight's game is important to this team as it seeks to lock down the top spot.

Keep in mind that Pittsburgh is 15-6 (+4.9 units) after a division game.

On the other side of the rink: Atlanta will miss the playoffs for the ninth time in ten seasons.

It's on a five game losing streak; the Thrashers, outscored 13-2 during a four-game home skid, allowed three third-period goals in a 5-2 loss at Washington on Friday night.

Atlanta is 15-31 (-15.2 nuits) revenging a loss vs. an opponent.

Bottom line: Look for PITTSBURGH to improve to 28-15 vs. teams with a losing record and for Atlanta to fall to 12-21 against teams with a winning record!
