Power Play Wins
Kansas -3
Evan Altemus
1* Texas Tech +10
Texas Tech has played well in conference play, despite it not resulting in wins all the time. The Red Raiders are 5-0 ATS in their last 5 conference road games, including a road win at Baylor. They have also already played Texas A&M very tough this season, covering the spread at home despite not getting the win. Texas Tech was a 5.5 point underdog when these teams met a few weeks ago and this line still isn't adjusted much for the Red Raiders recent improvement. I expect them to play very loose in this game against a team that probably doesn't need this game too much. Texas A&M has already secured a spot in the NCAA tournament and I expect them to just cruise through this game, especially since they are coming off of their big road game against Kansas.

Eastern Michigan -10
There are two ways to approach a rematch in College Basketball. One is to play the revenge angle like we did last night with Kent State (a 20* Revenge Game of the Month WINNER) over Akron. The other is to accept that the previous result is simply indicative of the talent gap between the two programs. This matchup between Toledo & Eastern Michigan falls into the latter category. Back on January 8th, EMU went into Toledo and absolutely destroyed the Rockets 71-48 as 3.5-point road favorites. It was third straight double digit win over their MAC rival. What's really scary if you are a Toledo fan (and we assume that's a pretty small group!) is that the Eagles shot only 39% from the floor in the earlier meeting. Therefore, you know the Rockets had to be downright horrendous and they were, making only seven second-half baskets & remember that was on their home floor. However, what's downright frightening for the Rockets is how much worse things have gotten since that game. They enter Saturday on a 12-game losing streak and are just 4-26 SU for the season. Entering Friday, only Centenary (1-29), out of the Summit League, had a worse overall SU record in all of College Basketball. Several "key" contributors have been lost to injury since the loss to EMU as well. One of them was one of the two double digit scorers on the roster. You might consider laying around a double-digit number with an 8-21 team (that's the Eagles' record) is crazy, but consider that Eastern Michigan has cashed 12 of the last 14 times it has been a double digit favorite. Toledo averages only 54 PPG on the road and is 3-12 ATS when seeking revenge for a double-digit home loss, not to mention 15-34 ATS as a road dog of 6.5 to 12 points. Look for a big game from Eagles C Bowdry, who went for 19-13 in the first meeting. Since that time, he has had games of 24-15, 25-12 and 28-13. Of course, this is also EMU's home finale, a concept which will be a theme throughout today's card. Take Eastern Michigan.

Motivated by a loss to the league-worst Iowa State in its last game, and a loss at Nebraska earlier this season, expect Colorado to bury the Huskers Saturday evening.
Taking Colorado off a defeat has been pure gold. In fact, the Buffaloes are 5-1 ATS in their last 6 games following a SU loss. We also can't overlook the dominance of the home team in this series. The home squad is 10-2 ATS in the last 12 meetings and the Cornhuskers are 0-5 ATS in their last 5 meetings at Colorado.
Colorado has been tough as nails at home where it is 14-2 this season. It has won its last two home games over two of the best teams in the league (Kansas State, Texas). Nebraska, meanwhile, has struggled on the road. The Huskers are just 1-6 in true road games. Lay the points.
