Yankees at Red Sox
Pick: Yankees +108
After celebrating their first World Series title since 2000, the Yankees didn't spend much time feeling sentimental this winter. Brian Cashman let both Johnny Damon and World Series MVP Hideki Matsui bolt via free agency, and walk-off warrior Melky Cabrera was traded. The Red Sox have been painted as a team that's gone heavy on the starting pitching and defensive ends of the game following a winter in which they acquired ace pitcher John Lackey along with defensive wizards Marco Scutaro, Adrian Beltre and Mike Cameron. Yankees are 4-0 in the last 4 meetings, 4-1 in their last 5 road games with the total set at 9.0-10.5, 4-0 in Sabathias last 4 Sunday starts. Yankees are 10-1 in Sabathias last 11 starts with the total set at 9.0-10.5. Yankees are 8-1 in Sabathias last 9 road starts, 6-1 in Sabathias last 7 starts vs. American League East, 9-2 in Sabathias last 11 starts during game 1 of a series and 4-1 in Sabathias last 5 road starts with the total set at 9.0-10.5. Red Sox are 1-4 in their last 5 during game 1 of a series, 0-6 in their last 6 vs. American League East and 0-4 in their last 4 games vs. a starter with a WHIP less than 1.15.

Boston (+1') for 2.5 Units
The Cavaliers have wrapped up ever favorable advantage leading into the NBA Playoffs except home court throughout the playoffs and can clinch that here with a win or a Lakers' loss however, the urgency is not there with a few more games still to play on the other hand, Boston needs to get some positive momentum going before they head into the playoffs. The Celtics are on a 0-3 SU slide and are relatively healthy. This is the perfect platform to do it at home with a national TV audience watching. And the Cavaliers, which are on a 0-4 ATS slide, won't have their scrappy hustle guy - Varejao (hamstring) to chase loose balls and grab those tough rebounds. The Cavaliers are just 1-4 as a small road favorite while the Celtics are 7-1-1 ATS as a small home dog. Boston is also 5-2 ATS after allowing 100+ points previously. With Cleveland winning the last two games of this series this season, we'll look for the Celtics to step up their game today and cut down on mental errors, which have cost them recently.

10* Minnesota +12
For a number of different reasons I believe the value in this contest is on the Timberwolves.
Minnesota hasn't won on the road since Feb 23rd.
After beating the Kings on Wednesday night to stop a 16-game slide, the Wolves lost 97-84 to visiting Miami on Saturday.
Kevin Love is a bright spot on this team and is looking for a silver lining to end the Wolves disappointing season; “We just want to leave with a good taste in our mouth at the end of the season,” Love said after posting his third straight double-double Saturday with 11 points and 11 boards. “We’ve had a really tough road. I think for the last 15 or 20 games we’ve been playing major playoff teams … we'll try to knock off as many as possible."
The Wolves have lost all three games to Oklahoma City this season, but lost two of them by just two-points each.
Important to point out that Minnesota is 4-2 ATS its last six as a road dog of 9 1/2 to 12 points.
On the other side of the court: Conversely, the Thunder are just 1-2 ATS as a home favorite of 9 1/2 to 12 points.
The Thunder secured a playoff spot with its 121-116 victory over Dallas on Saturday.
Oklahoma City now wants to move up on the playoff board, but I'm expecting a small letdown this evening after that emotional victory.
Bottom line: The Wolves have nothing to lose here and I expect a big effort from this team in its remaining games; when taking into account that the Thunder just clinched their spot, I believe this is too many points and the edge in this contest goes to Minnesota!

Washington -3
Yesterday we used New Jersey as they delivered with a big win. Not today as we have a Mismatch versus Washington. After that big win last night for the Nets they wouldn’t have much gas left in the tank tonight having to play without rest versus a rested Wizards team. Granted, the Wizards are an awful basketball team losing at home to the Bulls on Friday night, but in the two games previous, at Houston and at New Orleans, the Wizards put up a fight and left those two road games with ATS wins. The Nets have won only 4 games on the road this season and we don’t see them winning tonight. Lay the short number with the Wizards. Oddsmaker Mismatch on Washington!

San Antonio +6
The Spurs meets the Lakers in a matchup of playoff teams with double revenge on San Antonio's mind today. The Spurs are also locked in a heated battle for playoff positioning with four other teams for the coveted 4th spot n the Western Conference standings. San Antonio is 19-4 SU and 18-6 ATS in games off a SU and ATS win when playing with same season double exact revenge, including 5-0 ATS when taking three or more points. In addition, the Spurs are 9-0 ATS as dogs on Sunday with same season revenge, including 6-0 SU and ATS the last six. Finally we note the Lakers are 1-6 ATS as favorites this season against opponents off back-to-back SU and ATS wins, including 0-5 ATS if the foe owns a win percentage of .750 or less on the season. With that we'll grab the points as the Spurs with their third straight revenge affair here today. We recommend a 3-unit play on San Antonio.

Golden St / Toronto Under 236.5
Toronto just played yesterday in a closer than expected win against Philadelphia. The Warriors are coming off of a nice win the other night against New York but are traveling all the way to Toronto for this game. No player is particularly delighted to play on Easter; the start times are usually different and there are never as many fans at the games. 236.5 is a lot of points. The game will be high scoring, but to hit that mark, things must go perfect. The Raptors need to start playing better defense if they want to continue that nice stretch run in order to make the playoffs. Look for a good scoring game, but this total is a little too high. Take the Under.
