Sean Miller did a nice job with Arizona this season; as a result, they showed grit in closing out a stubborn Memphis team on Friday. They are surely capable of hanging around here. The Wildcats are 10-1 ATS against the Big 12 and covered 5 of their last 7 Sunday tilts; moreover, Ariz has covered 4 of the last 5 in this series. Texas, on the other hand, is a mere 2-8 ATS as an NCAA Tournament favorite in this spread range and just 1-7 ATS on Sunday. We'll look for Arizona to hang around.

4* MICHIGAN over DUKE
It should come as no surprise that we land here, after cashing an easy 5* ticket behind these Wolverines on Friday, but we had to wait for the markets to do their thing. Now +12 has become a “win” number, and with the value at a max we can get in play again.
The story on Michigan is a simple one – John Beilein’s Wolverines were perceived as being “too young” this season, and were never accorded their proper level of respect when they began putting the pieces together. And forget about the academic standing of these players – if 17 of your 34 games have been against teams in this tournament, including eight vs. teams seeded at #4 or less, and four vs. #1’s, you grow up in a hurry. Michigan went 8-9 SU in those games, and a sparkling 15-2 ATS, and note that all that prevented a winning overall mark in those games were some truly tough losses – by three vs. Syracuse in Atlantic City, in O.T. vs. Kansas, and by one to Wisconsin when the Badgers banked a prayer of a 3-point try at the buzzer. With the confidence they are playing with now, any of those three could have been reversed. And all four of their games against #1 seeds were decided in single digits, naturally all ATS covers.
Beilein has a talented group that fits his schemes well, so there will be no intimidation at all in this matchup. Meanwhile a slow pace also makes the spread loom larger, especially with Mike Krzyzewski’s penchant for slowing the game down with a lead in settings like this.
