3* Arizona DiamondBacks -135

Those pesky (9-18) Houston Astros tonight will be the right medicine for the D Haren lead (13-15) Arizona Diamond Backs off a tough loss last night. Haren will spin a gem tonight @ Minute Made park as the stellar right-hander has a 2.61 ERA and 3 consecutive wins over the Astros. Looking at the Houston hurler W. Rodriguez he has been bombed by the D backs as a 9 ERA and a 5.56 ERA will put all our cold cash on the road team tonight. Let's roll the D Backs and Haren tonight as our power ratings have a 2.6 run margin in favor of the Rattle snakes.

2* Hawks/Magic Over 189.5

A lot of players will be on the opposite side of this game. They see a series pattern in which the UNDER has gone a PERFECT 6-0 in the last 6 meetings whenever the Hawks play the Magic. Fair enough. But with enhanced OU line value, we'll be on the "OVER". Chances are very good that the Hawks will NOT shoot the 34% that they did in Game One. With some tremendous OU Systems in regards to GAME TWO of any Playoff series, we feel very confident in a higher-than-expected scoring outcome.

The '2/2' game in the NBA Playoffs has been historically VERY high scoring.... under the right conditions. We're talking about Game TWO of the SECOND round. And the numbers are even BETTER if the first game of his series went 'Under the Total' (like it did on Tuesday night).

24-7-1 O/U since 2003: All NBA Playoff '2/2' games.....
If the previous game (Gm #1) went 'UNDER the TOTAL', the results improve to an almost PERFECT 16-1 O/U. That's 16 OVERS in the last 7 years... and only ONE Under. This is a OU pattern that you do not want to be playing against. We also note that Orlando has gone a PERFECT 4-0 O/U in the '2/2' game in their history... while the Hawks have gone a PERFECT 3-0 O/U in '2.2' road games.

With Game One being played on Tuesday, there's only ONE day of rest going for each team...
15-2 O/U: All GAME TWO (any round) home favorites of -8 > points (MAGIC) playing with ONE day of REST. In Rounds 2, 3, and 4... the results are 8-1 O/U.

Let's take a look at the DIVISIONAL aspect of this game. Both teams are from the Southeast Division of the Eastern Conference...
10-2 O/U last 5 years: All GAME TWO (any round) home teams playing off a SU and ATS win (MAGIC)... when playing a fellow DIVISION opponent.

5-0-1 O/U since 1992: All GAME TWO (any round) divisional home teams (MAGIC) after beating a DIVISIONAL opponent in their previous PLAYOFF round.

Let's look at the score of Game One. Orlando won by 41 friggin points (114 to 71)....
9-1 O/U: All GAME TWO (any round) teams who scored 72 points (MAGIC)... when the OU line is 205 < points.

With Game One going 'Under', that makes it 0-4 O/U for Atlanta's last 4 Playoff games...
5-0 O/U last 4 years: All PLAYOFF (any round / any game) road teams playing off 4 or more Playoff 'Unders' in a row (HAWKS)... when the OU line is 190 < points.

Orlando has been almost PERFECT thus far in the Playoffs. They won Game One of the Charlotte series by 9 points (as favs of -10). Since then, they have reeled off 4 SU and ATS Playoff wins in a row.
5-0 O/U since 2005: All GAME TWO favorites playing off 4 or more SU and ATS Playoff wins in a row (MAGIC).

*200 Tampa Bay Rays -145

I am taking the Rays tonight vs the Mariners. I have several trends that says the Rays will be victorious tonight. First, I have a starter trend on the Rays starter Niemann that says he is 10-1 SU when he starts away and in his previous start he had less than 5 strike outs. I also have a trend that says the Mariners are 8-26 SU since May 2008 as a Dog when they came back from a defict to win in their starters last start. Also, I have the Rays as 11-0 since August 2008 on the road after a win in which they were tied at the end of 6 innings. Finally, I have the Rays as 19-1 SU since 2007 as a 140+ favorite when they lost by one run in their starters last start. Take the Rays for the win tonight.
