New Mexico -2

We have a match up here between two very good Mountain West Conference teams. New Mexico is 44-5 SU at home the past 3 years and 33-13 ATS at home the past 3 seasons. New Mexico is 42-23 ATS as a favorite the past 3 years. New Mexico is 12-1 SU at home this year. New Mexico is scoring 77.8 points per game overall and 78.1 points per game at home this season. New Mexico is allowing only 62.5 points per game at home this year. Cougars are 28-59-2 ATS in their last 89 games as an underdog. Lobos are 34-16-1 ATS in their last 51 games as a home favorite. Home team is 4-1 ATS in the last 5 meetings. We'll play New Mexico for 3 units tonight!

Bradley -3

Creighton, oh how the mighty have fallen this year in the Mo Valley with the Blue Jays and Salukies both having bad years, and Bradley at home is a BRUTAL road game for any team coming in here. Adding to that is Creighton’s 1-6 SU road record. The Blue Jays are also just 2-7-1 ATS their last 10 road games. The Braves have already defeated Mo Valley Power Wichita State in here and Southern Illinois and are avenging 4 straight losses to Creighton and the Blue Gays starting guard Stinnett is out for suspension and the Jays lack depth and scoring from the forward position. Creighton only 24% from the arc in their last 5 games and with a starting guard out who averages 10 ppg and a weak frontcourt, on the road in a tough place to play against a team avenging 4 losses dating back 2 years, I like the Braves to kick the Blue Jays here when they are down. Play 1 Unit on Bradley.

Wyoming +3.5

When the Cowboys play host to the Utes in Laramie tonight they will do so with triple revenge on their minds from three losses suffered last year in this series, including a knockout from the Mountain West Conference tourney. The fact of the matter is the game couldn't set any better for Wyoming as they enter threes straight up losses with three spread wins, meaning they performed better than expected in each defeat. Meanwhile, the Utes have a revenge game up next with arch-rival BYU knowing they are 0-6 SU and ATS in games before the Cougars. With Wyoming 10-2 SU and 9-3 ATS in this series, including 7-0 ATS as a dog of eight or less points, and 2-0 SU and ATS as a dog off a loss when playing with conference tourney revenge, we'll back the Cowboys here tonight. We recommend a 4-unit play on Wyoming.

Houston -1.5

We simply cannot see the Rockets losing a third straight game at home, even if they are hosting the red-hot Denver Nuggets, winners of seven in a row. Houston has started the current six-game home stand by losing outright to Chicago and then Atlanta. This is pretty strange considering that the Rockets started the year 11-4 ATS at the Toyota Center. They come into tonight's game riding a five-game ATS home losing streak. Consider that since '96, the Rockets are 23-9 ATS when coming off back to back losses as a favorite. That includes 6-1 ATS the last three years. They catch the Nuggets in a good spot as leading scorer Carmello Anthony is listed as questionable and did not play last game. Even with all the winning, several Nuggets players are behaving erratically with JR Smith whining about playing time and Kenyon Martin getting ejected last game. Denver has lost four straight in Houston. Take Houston.

Nebraska Under (138) for 2 Units

This series has gone 0-4 O/U in its last 4 meetings and has the making of another "under" here. Colorado, which is 6-18-2 O/U as a home favorite, should be able to clamp down on the offensively challenged 'Huskers that average a meager 55 ppg as a traveler. The Buffaloes work the ball well on the offensive end to get good shot selection, and they'll need it vs the defensive minded Cornhuskers. We'll look for this to be a half court style game at a pulse rate. "Under" the call.
