1* Take Auburn -8.5

The Auburn Tigers are the superior team here tonight and this pick falls into one of my NCAAB systems. Auburn is 20-7-2 ATS in their last 29 games against an SEC opponent and they are 21-10-2 ATS in their last 33 games after failing to cover the spread in their previous game. LSU is averaging just 56.8 ppg on the road this season while shooting just 37.8% as a team including just 26% from beyond the arc. LSU is 1-5 ATS in their last 6 road games as an underdog of +7.5 to 12.5 points and Auburn is 4-0 ATS in their last 4 games when playing a team with a losing record. Take Auburn as my NBAAB Free Play for Saturday.

Missouri vs. Kansas State
Play: Missouri +6

Taking the Tigers here. Missouri already beat this bunch. Now K-State is in a revenge spot. But a look closer shows up that the Wildcats have a huge game on Wednesday vs #1 Kansas. I can see them looking past a team they have beaten 5 straight at home. Missouri has been playing well lately.

Portland Trail Blazers vs. Minnesota Timberwolves
Play: Portland Trail Blazers -3

The Trail Blazers are 34-27 SU on the year and in the competitive Western Conference that record has them holding on to the 8th and final playoff spot. Portland needs to beat-up on teams like the Timberwolves if they hope to make the playoffs and tonight we'll see them do just that. The Trail Blazers are 8-2 ATS in their last 10 road games. Portland is 4-0 ATS in their last 4 games vs. a team with a SU losing record. In their last 22 games as a favorite between 0.5-4.5 points they are a money-making 16-6 ATS. In their last 53 games played with no rest between action the Trail Blazers are 36-17 ATS.

With a 14-46 SU record the Timberwolves are looking at another very high draft pick. Minnesota currently sits in last place in the Western Conference and has the second worst record in the NBA. Although the T'Wolves have played well at home covering the line in 9 of their last 10 home games expect a big loss tonight. Minnesota is 5-15 ATS in their last 20 home games vs. a team with a winning road record.

Minnesota is 3-14 ATS in the last 17 meetings with Portland. The Trail Blazers are 6-0 ATS in their last 6 trips to Minnesota. Look for the trend to continue as Portland takes this one easily.

1 Unit on Texas A&M PK

Texas A&M is one of the best home teams in the Big 12, and in the country for that matter. The Aggies are 13-1 at home this season, with their only loss coming against Kansas by a mere 5 points. Texas is no Kansas, and the Longhorns have slipper in the second half of the season. Texas is just 5-6 SU in their last 11 games overall, and they lost starting PG Dogus Balbay for the rest of the season recently. Texas is 5-14 ATS in road games over the last 2 seasons. The Longhorns are 0-7 ATS off a win by 10 points or more over a conference rival over the last 2 seasons. Better yet, Texas is just 2-15 ATS off a win against a conference rival over the last 2 seasons. Texas A&M is a perfect 7-0 ATS revenging a same season loss vs opponent over the last 3 seasons. The Aggies gave the Longhorns a run for their money on January 16th of this year, losing 67-72 in Austin. They'll get their payback this afternoon at home. Cash in with Texas A&M as a pick 'em.

Detroit Pistons vs. Golden State Warriors
Pick: Golden State -3.5

The Detroit Pistons are back on the court today after giving a solid effort in their 107-102 lose at Denver as a 10-point underdogs. The Pistons went up down with the high scoring Nuggets and will now have to face an even faster Golden State Warriors. The Pistons have dropped four of their lat six games and will have the Boston Celtics on deck in their next game. The Warriors will be looking to get even with a Piston team that has won the last five times that thee two teams have met. The backcourt of the Warriors may be the fastest in the league with Monta Ellis and Stephon Curry. Curry is on a strong run, averaging 23.4 points, 8.5 assists and 6.3 rebounds in his last nine contests. The Pistons will be playing the their fourth game in five days and may not have the legs to keep up with the Warriors. The Pistons are 0-4-1 ATS playing back-to-back games and are 1-6 ATS after they have covered the spread in their previous game. The Warriors are 5-1 ATS when playing a team with a losing record. Lay the points here with the Warriors.

Tulsa vs. East Carolina
Play: Tulsa -10

Tulsa is in a funk right now; the Golden Hurricane have lost four straight games and five of their last six overall. However, all five of those losses have come against very good teams in UTEP (twice), Memphis, Marshall, and Duke. There’s no shame in losing to any one of those teams, so the recent bad run by Tulsa isn’t as bad as it seems. Tonight, Tulsa takes a huge step down in class as they travel to East Carolina and take on a team that is simply playing out the string. The Pirates are a dismal 9-18 on the season, and considering they are facing a desperate Tulsa team in dire need of a win, they can expect to be on the losing end once again. East Carolina has been repeatedly waxed by good teams this season. In fact, of their 18 losses, 12 of them have come by double digits. Despite Tulsa laying over East Carolina in terms of talent, we cannot make them a Best Bet tonight for a couple of reasons. First, and foremost, they are a fragile team right now. Tulsa was the preseason conference favorite, and since they’ve underperformed, there’s concern that their psyche is shattered. They could very well name the score here, but if they are not fully focused and fail to bring their ‘A’ game, they’ll be hard-pressed to win by double digits. Secondly, Tulsa is just 4-7 on the road this year with all four wins coming by 7 points or less. Those two reasons are enough to downgrade Tulsa to Free Play status even though they are the superior team in this game.

Oregon vs. UCLA
Play: UCLA -6

3* graded play on UCLA as they take on Oregon in Pac-10 action set to start at 5:00 EST. Our proprietary sports handicapping model and simulator shows a high probability that UCLA will win this game by a minimum of 7 points. Oregon is struggling offensively and they shot just 36.7% in their 54-44 win over USC. In past games where they have shot under 38% they are a weak 1-5 ATS in the next game. UCLA is a strong offensive shooting team and Oregon has struggled against similar type teams in the past. Note that Oregon is just 9-22 ATS (-15.2 Units) versus good shooting teams making >=45% of their shots over the last 2 seasons. Oregon is just 2-10 ATS (-9.0 Units) after a combined score of 125 points or less over the last 2 seasons. Take UCLA.
