UCLA +9

The Bruins are showing value catching big points in this highly motivated spot. After suffering their first Pac-12 loss of the season Saturday against Oregon and further fueled by dropping both of last season's meetings with Arizona, UCLA will have no problem leaving it all out on the floor tonight. Arizona has been overvalued in Pac-12 play and that remains the case here. The Wildcats are 1-5 ATS in their last 6 versus Pac-12 foes and 1-4 ATS in their last 5 home games. In addition, UCLA is 10-1 ATS all-time as a road underdog of 6.5 to 9 points under coach Howland. Take the points.

UCLA +9

It's sort of pick your poison here. UCLA is young, supremely talented, improving every game ..... but still a nightmare to bet on covering just once as a conference dog, that a three-point straight up win at Colorado. The Wildcats play their first home game in 19 days tonight. The home team has won seven of the last eight in the series but Arizona is just 1-4 as a Pac 12 favorite, 0-2 at home. In fact, all Pac 12 conference favorites combined are just 7-22 for the year. The Bruins are a work in progress so we'll probably see their best down the road BUT ..... they are very athletic and when on, can really shoot the rock from outside. Like UCLA to stay well within the number in what figure to be a close Arizona win.

CAL POLY (-6.5) over Hawaii

Lets back one of the nations best home squads and take the Cal Poly Mustangs who have gone 5-2 both straight up and ATS at Mott Gym this year. Chris Eversley leads Cal Poly with 15.4 points and 7.4 rebounds per game while senior guard Dylan Royer is one of the nations top 3 point shooters averaging 43% from beyond the arc. Hawaii come into tonight's contest playing its worst basketball of the season having dropped three of it's last four games. Warriors live in the paint and it's trio of big men, 6-8 forward Christian Standhardinger, 6-10 center Vander Joaquim and 6-8 freshman Isaac Fotu, have struggled of late. Mustangs need a big win and catch Hawaii at the right time tonight. Take Cal Poly minus the points.
