SACRAMENTO @ CHARLOTTE | 03/15 | 7:00 PM EDT
CHARLOTTE -145
ANALYSIS: So here is why I often use the moneyline for short NBA favorites. The Hornets were -4.5 last Thursday vs. Detroit. Two of my cohorts also picked Charlotte but ATS. I went with the ML. Two meaningless free throws by the Pistons' Jerami Grant with a second left made the final 105-102. Moneylines take garbage-time bad beats out of the equation. True, you don't win as much $$ but better to win some than none at all. In fact, I rarely use the spread on anything when parlaying games. Just my two cents. We'll go back to Charlotte here.

MEMPHIS +7.5
ANALYSIS: My model says the Grizzlies cover in more than 60 percent of the simulations, so you're getting strong value at this number. Memphis has played well on the road this season, winning nine of its 15 contests - including three of the last five. The Grizzlies already defeated the Suns once this season, as they posted a 108-104 victory at home in January. Phoenix avenged that loss on Feb. 20 but has dropped two of its last three at home. Memphis is 4-1 ATS in its last five against the Suns and 5-0 ATS in its last five overall. Take the Grizzlies.

INDIANA @ DENVER | 03/15 | 9:00 PM EDT
INDIANA +5
ANALYSIS: The Nuggets are only 9-8 straight up and a dismal 6-11 ATS at home this season. The Pacers received a jolt of energy with the return of Caris LeVert, who helped propel them to an 11-point win at Phoenix on Saturday. While I’m not sure they pull out the win Monday in Denver, they at least could make it a close contest that comes down to the final few possessions.
L.A. CLIPPERS @ DALLAS | 03/15 | 9:00 PM EDT
DALLAS +1.5
ANALYSIS: The Clippers have hit a rough patch, losing four of their last five games. All four of those defeats came on the road, where they now are 12-9 this season. It might not help their cause that Patrick Beverley (knee) is out for Monday's matchup with Dallas and Serge Ibaka was forced to leave Sunday’s blowout loss to New Orleans with a back injury. With the Mavericks having won seven of their last nine games, I think they pull out the win.

MONTREAL @ WINNIPEG | 03/15 | 8:00 PM EDT
WINNIPEG -102
ANALYSIS: I have no idea why Montreal is a road favorite here as the Habs have lost two straight and nine of 12. They also are 1-3 this season vs. the Jets, who have won eight of their past 11 overall. Winnipeg is 11-for-38 with the man advantage on home ice, which translates into a 29% power-play success rate -- that's fantastic. Montreal has been mediocre at best on the penalty kill this season at 77.6 percent.
PHILADELPHIA @ N.Y. RANGERS | 03/15 | 7:00 PM EDT
N.Y. RANGERS +100
ANALYSIS: The Blueshirts are solid underdog home value here as Flyers starting netminder Carter Hart has a 0-3-0 record with a 4.63 goals-against average and .827 save percentage in four appearances this month. New York got back its best offensive player in Artemi Panarin back over the weekend from a leave of absence. The Russian has points in nine of his last 10 meetings vs. the Flyers (3G, 13A), six of which have been multi-point games.

5% [NHL] (1) Nashville Predators at (2) Tampa Bay Lightning
Time: 4:08 PM EDT Total OVER 5.5 (-120)
Analysis: NHL
Tampa has played to four straight Overs including a 6-3 win over Nashville on Saturday to move them to 16-10 Over 5.5 Goals on the season. Nashville has a 16-12 O-U record on the year and have been struggling defensively as of late with six of their last seven going Over the total allowing 31 goals during that run, an average of 4.4 per game. Tampa is not the team you want to face when you are struggling on defense.
These teams have already met five times this season with four of them finishing Over the total including all three in Tampa. This looks like another good spot for an Over.
TAKE OVER 5.5 GOALS
Line Parameter: 5% to 6.0, pay up to -140 to get 5.5

Analysis: #512 4% Dallas +2 La Clippers 8:05 PM
The Clippers played the Pelicans last night and that makes for a very tough B2B situation. New Orleans plays such a high tempo that team of a New Orleans game are just 7-14-2 ATS since January. The Mavericks have played excellent D allowing only 95.2 PP in their last 4 home games, all covers while holding their last 9 foes all to under 50%. Dallas also does not beat themselves as they have had 9 or fewer turnovers in 7 of their last 11 games. Clippers just 3-7 ATS as an AD or AF up to -5. First home game vs Clippers since they sent them home from the play-offs last year.

ANALYSIS: The Grizzlies aim to avenge an embarrassing 128-97 loss to the Suns on Feb. 20. The 31-point defeat was their worst of the season. Expect a gutty effort, even with Memphis in a back-to-back scenario. Furthermore, point-spread underdog value exists as the Suns have gone 21 games without suffering consecutive losses. Take the Grizzlies.
SAN ANTONIO @ DETROIT | 03/15 | 8:00 PM EDT
SAN ANTONIO -2.5
ANALYSIS: By parting ways with LaMarcus Aldridge, the Spurs suddenly have shifted to their younger core. With DeMar DeRozan out, San Antonio lost in Philadelphia by a whopping 35 points on Sunday. The outing will serve as a wake-up call for coach Gregg Popovich's team as it takes it to a Pistons team that has lost three straight games. Grab the Spurs.

CALGARY -115
ANALYSIS: The Flames are playing a more structured, up-tempo game since new head coach Darryl Sutter took over. Edmonton is 3-1 against the Flames this season, but Calgary is a completely different team schematically right now. The Oilers will be playing their third game in four days and fifth game in eight days. I like the Flames in this spot!

PHOENIX -7
ANALYSIS: Memphis has had a heavy schedule since the All-Star Break, with this being its fourth game in six days. Having played in Oklahoma City on Sunday will make a difference for the Grizzlies. They dropped a 128-122 decision and are 0-10-1 ATS (-12.73 ppg) on the road with no rest when coming off a loss. Memphis was +6 in Ja Morant’s 34 minutes of action in that game, and it still was not enough. The Grizzlies are 0-6 ATS (-5.58 ppg) following a loss in which Morant had a positive plus/minus.

INDIANA +4.5
ANALYSIS: Caris LeVert's return has given Indiana a boost, and I like the Pacers to at least keep it tight in Denver tonight. Jamal Murray is 5 for 27 over the past two games, and Monte Morris is out with a strained quad. Look for the Nuggets to fall to 0-5 ATS in their last five as home favorites.

L.A. CLIPPERS @ DALLAS | 03/15 | 9:00 PM EDT
L.A. CLIPPERS -1.5
ANALYSIS: The revenge factor is significant in this matchup. The Clippers lost by the largest margin in franchise history, 51 points, when the teams last met in late December. Dallas is 7-11 ATS at home this season. Los Angeles lost its last game by 20 points to New Orleans, because the Clippers were looking ahead to this matchup. Los Angeles is 9-5 this season off a straight up loss.
