ANAHEIM @ COLORADO | 03/16 | 9:00 PM EDT
COLORADO -280
ANALYSIS: My model says the Avalanche win in over 80 percent of the simulations, so you're getting excellent value at this number. Colorado has won three straight contests and earned points in six of its last seven (5-1-1). Mikko Rantanen has notched points in 10 of his last 14 outings, collecting five goals and five assists over his last seven games. Meanwhile, Philipp Grubauer has posted three wins, a 1.24 goals-against average and one shutout over his last four contests. Anaheim has scored a total of two goals while losing three in a row. Take the Avalanche.
UTAH @ BOSTON | 03/16 | 7:30 PM EDT
BOSTON +5
ANALYSIS: My model says the Celtics cover in almost 60 percent of the simulations, so you're getting good value at this number. Boston has won five of its last six games overall and five in a row at home. The Jazz are 12-8 on the road this season, but the Celtics are 6-0 ATS in their last six home contests against teams with winning road records. In addition, Utah has dropped three straight and five of its last six away from Salt Lake City. Take Boston and the points.

OKLAHOMA CITY @ CHICAGO | 03/16 | 9:00 PM EDT
CHICAGO -187
ANALYSIS: Chicago coach Billy Donovan moved Wendell Carter Jr. and Coby White to reserve roles for Monday's game vs. Toronto, and it certainly seemed to work with the Bulls smashing the Raptors. Carter and White were a combined plus-36 in their time on the court as reserves. The Thunder are pretty banged up and could be missing a few rotation guys here. Rather oddly, they have failed to cover the spread in eight straight Tuesday games.

BOSTON +4.5
ANALYSIS: The Celtics have won five straight home games and are 19-7 ATS in their last 26 as home dogs. Recently they've taken down the Clippers and Nuggets at home. While Utah deserves to be favored, this line is a bit steep. The Jazz have committed 31 turnovers the past two games and that could be an issue against a Celtics team that has Marcus Smart back in the lineup. Grab the points.

OKLAHOMA CITY @ CHICAGO | 03/16 | 8:00 PM EDT
CHICAGO -5.5
ANALYSIS: On Tuesday, the Chicago Bulls have a revenge spot against the Oklahoma City Thunder. The Bulls surrendered an 18-point halftime lead and lost in overtime to the Thunder in their January meeting. With Oklahoma City limited depth-wise, expect the Bulls to take advantage and push past the number.

L.A. CLIPPERS @ DALLAS | 03/15 | 9:00 PM EDT
DALLAS +2
ANALYSIS: Serge Ibaka was forced out of Sunday's game with back spasms and is questionable for tonight's game at Dallas. Patrick Beverley remains out, which won't help versus Luka Doncic. The Clippers have lost four straight road games and five of six. Look for the surging Mavs to win for the sixth time in seven games, or at least cover.
ORAL ROBERTS @ OHIO ST. | 03/19 | 3:00 PM EDT
ORAL ROBERTS +16.5
ANALYSIS: Oral Roberts played a tough nonconference schedule so the Golden Eagles won't be awed by Ohio State. Max Abmas leads Oral Roberts with 24.2 points and 3.7 assists per game and shoots 43.3 percent from deep; there aren't many better guards in the nation. The Buckeyes are not elite defensively. Oral Roberts, which ranks 20th nationally in scoring, can put up enough points to cover.

ARIZONA @ MINNESOTA | 03/16 | 8:00 PM EDT
MINNESOTA -200
ANALYSIS: We backed the Wild in a game late last week because it was supposed to be rookie sensation Kaapo Kahkonen in net, but Coach Dean Evason punked us all by starting Cam Talbot. Thankfully, Minnesota won regardless. It will be Kahkonen here and he's on an eight-game winning streak. He allowed one goal in his lone start (a win) vs. Arizona on March 5. The Wild are 3-1 vs. the Yotes this season and have won seven straight at home overall -- one shy of the franchise record. Arizona remains without No. 1 netminder Darcy Kuemper.
BOSTON @ PITTSBURGH | 03/16 | 7:00 PM EDT
PITTSBURGH -115
ANALYSIS: Pittsburgh beat visiting Boston, which is slumping badly, 4-1 on Monday night and it's not easy to beat the same team again 24 hours later, but the Bruins are forced to give 23-year-old goalie Daniel Vladar his first NHL start because it's the second of a B2B and No. 1 Tuukka Rask is out injured. Vladar is considered a good prospect and has been very solid in the AHL, but I'm betting against a rookie on the road against Sidney Crosby and the Pens. They start Casey DeSmith, who has allowed only eight goals in his last five starts and is 6-2-0 overall this season with a 2.23 GAA and a .912 save percentage.

BOSTON +4
ANALYSIS: The Jazz have hit a bit of a rough patch, losing three of their last four. Their only win during that stretch came against the depleted Rockets in Utah. All three losses came on the road, where they are now 11-9 ATS this season. Meanwhile, the Celtics are 11-6 ATS at home, including 3-1 ATS as a home underdog. With Marcus Smart also now back from injury, it wouldn’t be a surprise to see them win this game, so give me the points.

ANAHEIM @ COLORADO | 03/16 | 9:00 PM EDT
ANAHEIM +1.5
ANALYSIS: Anaheim is not in the same ballpark talent-wise as Colorado, but the Avs remain without three key players in Bowen Byram, Cale Makar and JT Compher and, more important, are starting shaky backup Hunter Miska in net, and he's just 1-1-2 with a 3.50 GAA and .865 save percentage in four games this season. The Ducks stink, but their past two games at Colorado this season ended in OT -- Miska lost one of those -- so that would cash on the puckline here and that -105 price I simply can't turn down.
