Liverpool-Inter Milan under 2.75 (-105)
UEFA Champions League
Tough first round matchup here for both teams and I think we see both take a very cautious approach in Leg 1 to make sure they don't lose this two-legged tie in the first match. Doesn't mean both teams won't try to win the game, I just don't think we will see unnecessary pressing or backlines moving higher up the field and possibly exposing themselves which should keep this game slower.
For Liverpool, they don't have the pressure of scoring an away goal here as the away goals rule is no longer part of the UCL this year. Their only goal (no pun intended) is to keep Inter off the scoreboard as a 0-0 or 1-1 is fine with them, knowing they are going back to Anfield for leg 2.
Inter have already shown that against good teams, they are far from an elite team as they have gone just 2-5-2 against the Top-7 teams in Serie A, scoring just one goals or less in six of those nine games. They also lost both group stage matches against Real Madrid, failing to score a goal in either game. Against Liverpool's defense, they could be in for a similar fate and struggle to create many chances in this game.
TAKE UNDER 2.75 GOALS
Line Parameter: 5% to 2.5, pay up to -125 to get 2.75 which lessens our risk quite a bit as we are only looking at half-loss if the games ends with three goals

MIAMI (FLA.) @ LOUISVILLE | 02/16 | 7:00 PM EST
MIAMI (FLA.) -2
ANALYSIS: The Hurricanes are a much better team than the Cardinals. The Hurricanes are 7-3 ATS in their last 10 games, including 5-1 ATS in their last six road games. On the other side, the Cardinals are just 1-5 ATS in their last six games and 1-5 ATS in their last six home games. The Hurricanes need to keep winning games to get a double-bye in the ACC tournament. The Hurricanes want it more. I am expecting them to take advantage of an easy matchup and stay in a position to get a double-bye.

UNDER 144.5
ANALYSIS: Both of these teams have been great at cashing the Under because their totals are so high. The Under has cashed in seven of the Paladins last nine games and in eight of the Catamounts last nine games. Their first matchup stayed under the total by 15 points. This total is way too high for the way these teams are playing. Take the Under in this Southern Conference matchup.

ANALYSIS: The Panthers aren't underdogs very often, but my model likes them at this number Wednesday in a potential Eastern Conference playoff preview as 51 percent of simulations have Florida winning. The Panthers are 8-1 in their last nine vs. teams with a winning record.

CAROLINA -125
ANALYSIS: This is a tough spot for the Panthers. Florida hasn't played since Feb. 1, and the Panthers are much better at home. Their high-powered offense relies on continuity. Carolina is probably the toughest team to play off a long layoff, thanks to a suffocating defense. The Hurricanes are ranked No. 3 in face-off win percentage, while the Panthers are ranked No. 31 this season. Back the home team Tuesday.

CALGARY -196
ANALYSIS: I'd knock this price down by taking Calgary in regulation. Yes, the Flames did play Tuesday night but it was a blowout win over Columbus, they didn't have to travel and No. 1 netminder Jacob Markstrom got the night off. He'll be in there tonight and is on a personal six-game winning streak, allowing more than two goals just once.

MISS. STATE @ ALABAMA | 02/16 | 7:00 PM EST
ALABAMA -260
ANALYSIS: I'm going to bring this down by playing it with something -- maybe my Florida Gulf Coast earlier hoops pick and that parlay would pay +113. If I threw in the Flames over the Ducks, that would pay +223. But I will wait a bit to see if any injuries provide good parlay value in the NHL, NBA or NCAAB. I am pretty confident Alabama wins here as Mississippi State is winless on the road. The Tide's only home losses are to Auburn and Kentucky, and that's perfectly understandable.

KENNESAW ST. @ FGCU | 02/16 | 7:00 PM EST
FGCU -182
ANALYSIS: Feels like this number should be a bit bigger, although FGCU was pummeled at Kennesaw State on Jan. 13. I largely discount that. The Eagles enter on a four-game winning streak. Tavian Dunn-Martin is red-hot right now and second in the Atlantic Sun in scoring at 20.5 ppg. FGCU ranks second in the league in scoring (77.9 ppg) and leads the league in assists (16.3/game), rebounds (39.2/game) and blocked shots (4.9/game). Kennesaw is 2-5 ATS in its past seven overall.
