Nets not playing well and are off a heartbreaking 1 pt loss at home ve Toronto. NJ will have trouble pulling out tonite and have a game on deck vs Philly who they trail by 2.5 gms in the Atlantic Div. BIG game for the Hawks to pull out off losing 2 in a row on a short road trip. This will be Atlanta's only home game before leaving tomorrow on another 3 gm rd trip, and they will be playing this with triple revenge.

Oklahoma City (+10) over UTAH
Oklahoma City is now 22-7 ATS since Russell Westbrook joined the starting lineup at point guard and that includes a perfect 12-0 ATS mark as a dog of more than 7 points. The Thunder are certainly capable of hanging with a Jazz club that is actually worse than average without Andrei Kirilenko, whose defense is irreplaceable. The Thunder beat up on the Jazz 114-93 just 2 weeks ago at home and I'll call for them to keep this close despite the revenge motive for the Jazz. The only issue I have with this game is the loss of Desmond Mason for the Thunder, as Mason is an underrated player and will be missed more than anticipated. I'll lean with Oklahoma City plus the points

Milwaukee Bucks vs. Toronto Raptors
Pick: Toronto Raptors -7.5
The Air Canada Centre will be the site of tonight’s Eastern Conference clash between the host Toronto Raptors and the visiting Milwaukee Bucks’. Milwaukee enters tonight’s contest off back-to-back losses to Minnesota and at Indiana in their most recent outing. The Raptors are coming off three straight wins which include wins at Chicago and New Jersey and a home win over Sacramento.
The Milwaukee Bucks suffered a tremendous loss on Saturday as Michael Redd went down to a season-ending knee injury. The Bucks have since lost both games without Redd in the lineup and they are 5-11 SU when he is out of the lineup this season. They looked to Richard Jefferson to help carry this Bucks team but he has missed the mark shooting only eight of twenty-eight from the field the last two games for a total of twenty-nine points. His troubles will likely continue tonight versus the Raptors as he has gone four of twenty shooting from the field against Toronto over the last two games for a total of fifteen points.
The Bucks scoring problems have led to them being outscored by sixteen points per game over their last four road games which were all losses. Milwaukee has had little success across the border winning only one time their last five trips to Air Canada. No reason to believe they have the ability or desire to turn this trend around tonight.
Toronto’s playoff hopes were certainly waning the last few weeks and as of last week they were four and half games behind these Milwaukee Bucks before winning three straight games to climb back with two. This is a very important game especially for the Raptors as they know they need to win on their home floor against the Bucks to close that gap even more.
Over the Raptors last three games we have seen their shooting and point production increase as they are averaging 111 points per game on fifty-four percent shooting during this winning streak. The return of Jose Calderon has clearly been a huge part of this recent success the Raptors have enjoyed. He is averaging 18.7 points per game on sixty-eight percent shooting with nine assists in the last three contests. Calderon missed the last meeting between these two teams which was a loss for the Raptors but his presence was surely felt in the first meeting between these two back in November where he had twenty-five points and nine assists as Toronto won 91 to 87. We expect another solid performance from Jose tonight as the Raptors close the gap with another win over this Bucks team.
On the technical front we have a couple tech sets that are active for tonight’s game. Milwaukee is 5-20 ATS when playing against a team with a losing record during the second half of the season the last two years. The Bucks are 9-19 ATS against Atlantic division opponents the last 2 seasons and 54-78-2 ATS after going ‘under’ the posted total in their last three games.
A search of the data base has uncovered a system that tells us to Play ON NBA favorites that are revenging a road loss versus an opponent of ten points or more in a game involving teams with a winning percentage of 40 to 49 percent, 42-19 ATS the last five seasons.
With solid fundamental, situational and technical support for the host team we will back the Raptors on Friday night as they get another straight up and against the spread win over the Milwaukee Bucks north of the border.
