U. Mass/St. Joe
Finding reasons to back a 4-7 in conference team can be a challenge, however U Mass over the past 6 games is scoring and shooting above their conference stats...near 74 ppg versus 71 and their 44%+ from the field is a season high. The downside is they have lost 4 of the 6.... covering 3.....Looking within the box score one can't help but notice the fast starts followed by a second half melt down in many cases...
First and second half scoring versus..
R.I..................31-28 while losing the second half 28-43
St. Bonnie........38-31...........37-52
Fordham...........57-28...........34-40
St Joe..............37-34...........27-34
Richmond.........32-32
X....................37-44
La Salle...........28-34
Charlotte.........29-29
Temple........... 33-37
St Louis...........31-27
Dayton............35-33
Tossing the game at X the +4 or so they will be getting today, well you can see where I am going.
St. Joe with a slim hope of ending atop the A-10 has struggled offensively of late scoring well below their conference average...66 ppg versus 71 losing the first half battle 29-32..Games by the way which included La Salle..GW and U Mass...none with winning records..
Seeing some movement so I'll shop this one for bit....

Tossing the K. State game where Kansas shot 56% from the field and an awesome 67% from beyond the arc..The Jay Hawks have topped the 145 once when traveling in the Big 12..where once again they topped 50% FG along with .462 3pt scoring 149 at Iowa State....
Oklahoma has held Big 12 visitors to 40% or less with the exception of Colorado...
Tx..... 34%
Neb....40%
Bay....34%
A&M...40%
Tech.. 40%
145 may be hard to come by in Norman this evening..

They topped tonights number (133.5) in 6 of those...7-2 overall out of conference lined games... Meanwhile UCONN has topped the number 7 of 8 failing only versus USF...
