The Lakers managed to steal back home court advantage on Saturday night and take a 2-1 lead in the series. They did it by outplaying the Nuggets in the paint and on the glass and I expect nothing to change tonight. LA simply has the better inside/outside game thanks to Kobe Bryant who can open up lanes and create mismatches.This game should come down to the wire and that's why I'm taking the Lakers and 4 1/2 points.

The Angels are also 6-1 in their last 7 home games.

Jamie Moyer has beaten the Marlins in 12 of his last 13 times facing them. So why isn’t this line higher? The Phillies are in a letdown spot after winning a big series in the Bronx. I think that they get “shocked” here by the Marlins. Chris Volstad has won five of his last six road starts and is 5-2 as an underdog. And after five straight losses to the Phils, the Marlins are ready to break the streak and get a win.
