NBA FREE PICK: Take Memphis. According to the latest NBA trends, Memphis is 8-3-1 ATS in their last 12 Friday games. Houston is 2-5 ATS in their last 7 games vs. a team with a winning S.U. record and 0-4 ATS in their last 4 games playing on 2 days rest.

In the last meeting (3/29/13), Memphis (-4.5) over Houston, 103-94. Memphis (53-25 SU, 43-33-2 ATS, 30-47-1 O/U) is coming off a 94-75 win over Charlotte, giving 13.5 on Tuesday. Memphis beat Houston on March 29 by nine, as guard Tony Allen and company held star guard James Harden to just seven points on 3-of-9 shooting. The Grizzlies are trying to push for home-court advantage in the first round of the Western Conference playoffs. Memphis is 20-7 since the All-Star break because they are finally healthy. They have a great inside combination of Zach Randolph and Marc Gasol. SF Tayshaun Prince has been a very good addition to both ends of the floor and Mike Conley has become much more of an offensive weapon.
