The Bulls have won the last two games of the Eastern Conference semifinals, getting to within 3-2 in the series.

-Manu Ginobili, Spurs, scored 15 of his 26 points in the final quarter to lead San Antonio to a 88-85 win against Phoenix.

HANGING ON

Jason Kidd scored 20 points and New Jersey delayed an early summer vacation with an ugly 83-72 victory Wednesday night over Cleveland to pull within 3-2 in their Eastern Conference semifinal. The Nets built a 22-point lead in the third quarter and then hung on for dear life - scoring just six points in the fourth quarter - to force a Game 6 on Friday night in East Rutherford, N.J.

GOING ABROAD

The NBA plans to open an office in London this summer in an effort to expand its fan base in Europe. Officials will work with the British Olympic Association and focus on basketball development leading up to the 2012 Olympics, NBA commissioner David Stern announced Wednesday.
