The best in the Western Conference meets the worst when the Los Angeles Clippers host the New Orleans Hornets.
The Hornets are 11-1 on the season and have won three straight. They are 4-1 on the road. The Clippers are 1-13 on the season and have lost nine straight.
Oddsmakers from online sportsbook BroburySports.com have released their odds and they have made the Hornets a 5.5-point favorite on the road Monday. The over/under has been set at 195. Here are some trends to consider and my pick for tonight’s game:
New Orleans Hornets vs. Los Angeles Clippers, 10:30PM ET
The Hornets have covered in their last seven on the road against the Clippers while the favorite is 13-3 ATS in the last 16 games in this series. The over has hit in six of the last seven in this series.
