NBA Picks & Predictions for Saturday, October 30
By Drew Sharper
The Detroit Pistons and Chicago Bulls are both seeking their first win of the 2010-11 NBA Season when the two meet on Saturday.
The Bulls are 0-1 on the season as they get set to make their home debut while Detroit is 0-2 on the season and 0-1 on the road.
Here are some trends to consider and my pick for tonight’s game:
Detroit Pistons at Chicago Bulls, 8PM ET
Trends favor Chicago on Saturday night as the Pistons are just 0-5-1 against the spread in their last six games in Chicago and 5-17-1 ATS in their last 23 meetings with the Bulls.
The Pistons are also 3-8-1 ATS in their last 12 games with no days of rest while the Bulls are 10-1 ATS in their last 11 games following a straight up loss.
The Pistons seem to have a long ways to go in their rebuilding process while the Bulls are a legit contender. Look for them to have an impressive showing in their home debut as they cover against Detroit.
