NBA Picks & Predictions for Tuesday, November 30, 2010
By Drew Sharper
It has been a rivalry over the past few seasons that has lost a little something now when the Cleveland Cavaliers host the Boston Celtics on Tuesday night in the NBA.
Boston is 12-4 on the season and the Celtics lead the Atlantic Division by four games. They are 5-3 on the road this year and have won three straight. Cleveland is 7-9 on the season and 4-4 at home. They have won just four of their last 10 games.
Oddsmakers from online sportsbook Sportsbook.com have released their odds and they have made the Celtics a 6.5-point favorite on the road. The over/under has been set at 192.5. Here are some trends to consider and my pick for tonight’s game:
Boston Celtics vs. Cleveland Cavaliers, 7PM ET
The Celtics are just 3-8 against the spread in their last 11 meetings in Cleveland while the underdog is 5-1 ATS in the last six games in this series. The under has hit in the last six home games for Cleveland.
