NBA Thunder vs. Grizzlies Picks & Predictions for March 20, 2013
By ATSSportsline.com

MEMPHIS, TN (ATS Consultants) –
The Grizzlies recently stopped a two-game skid with a victory over the Timberwolves two days ago. Will they pick up another win tonight when they host the Thunder at 8:05PM ET?

ODDS: Oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv have installed the Grizzlies as 1.5-point favorites versus the Thunder, while the over/under total is currently sitting at 190.5 points.

LINE MOVEMENT: The Grizzlies opened as 1.5-point favorites and that's where the line currently sits at the majority of sports books, although some places list Memphis at either -1 or -2. As for the total, it opened at 190 and it's been bet up to 190.5, although some books list the over/under at 189.

PUBLIC BETTING: Of the current wagers placed on tonight’s game, 75% of NBA public bettors currently favor the Thunder. This information is subject to change, however, so make sure you click on the link provided to get the most updated public betting numbers.

NBA FREE PICK: Take Memphis. According to latest NBA trends, The Thunder are 2-6 ATS in their last 8 road games vs. a team with a winning home record.Memphis is 5-1 ATS in their last 6 games playing on 1 days rest, 26-8 ATS in their last 34 home games vs. a team with a winning road record, 12-4-1 ATS in their last 17 games following a SU win of more than 10 points and 29-14-2 ATS in their last 45 Wednesday games.

Oklahoma City (50-18 SU, 40-26-2 ATS, 34-32-2 O/U) fell at home to Denver on Tuesday, 114-104 giving 9.5. Memphis (45-21 SU, 39-26-1 ATS 26-39-1 O/U) is coming off a 92-77 win over Minnesota on Monday giving 12.5. Memphis struggled on the road at Utah and Denver but came back to beat Minnesota on Monday. The Grizzlies have now won 15 of 18 games and are locked in a tight battle with the Denver Nuggets and Los Angeles Clippers for the third spot in the West. Oklahoma City is 1 1/2 games behind the San Antonio Spurs in the competition for the top seed but a loss at home to Denver, who was playing the night before, hurts. Now the Thunder have no rest and they are playing a Memphis team that is 26-8 SU at home this year. Memphis does something that Oklahoma City doesn't do on a consistent basis and that's play defense. Point guard Mike Conley had two steals and now has the franchise record. Zach Randolph posted his 38th double-double against Minnesota and is averaging 15 rebounds in two games against Oklahoma City this season. He's a beast against a lankier Serge Ibaka, who suffered a cut under the eye last night against Denver.

2013 NBA FREE PICK: MEMPHIS GRIZZLIES -1.5
