Before that setback, the argument could be made that the Celtics could just win their home games to win the NBA championship. That obviously isn't the case anymore. ?If we?re going to win this series, we?ve got to protect the home for the rest of the series and try to get one on the road,? Boston's Paul Pierce said. That goal will begin in Game 3, and a another road loss will give the Celtics the dubious distinction of becoming the first team ever to start 0-7 away from home in the playoffs.
