**St. John’s at Notre Dame**
-Las Vegas Sports Consultants installed Notre Dame as a 12 ½-point home ‘chalk’ over St. John’s, with the total set at 145. ESPN Full Court will provide coverage of this Big East matchup starting at 7:00 p.m. ET.
-St. John’s (15-15 straight up, 12-12 against the spread) improved to 3-1 SU and ATS its last four games after upending Georgetown in overtime Tuesday as a six-point home underdog, 59-56.
-The Red Storm dominated the boards, 42-22, while shooting just 36 percent (20-of-55) from the field and 27 percent (4-of-15) from behind the arc. Paris Horne was the only starter that reached double digits in scoring with 16 points, while Rob Thomas added 16 off the bench.
-St. John’s has struggled to a dismal 2-9 SU and 3-8 ATS road record, dropping those affairs by an average score of 77-67.
-Notre Dame (16-13 SU, 8-16 ATS) has dropped its last two outings after Tuesday’s setback to Villanova as a 2 ½-point home favorite, 77-60. The Fighting Irish have alternated ATS wins and losses their last five games.
-The game was tied at halftime, but Notre Dame was outclassed in the second half, 45-28. The Fighting Irish outrebounded the Wildcats, 37-32, while shooting 39 percent (21-of-54) from the field. Ryan Ayers led all scorers with 25 points on 8-of-12 shooting, while Luke Harangody contributed 18 and seven rebounds.
-Notre Dame is 11-3 SU at home, but only 3-6 ATS. The Fighting Irish have been winning their home endeavors by an average score of 79-65.
-St. John’s is 2-1 SU and 3-0 ATS the past three meetings with Notre Dame after winning January 3 as an 8 ½-point home underdog, 71-65.
**Towson State versus Drexel**
-LVSC opened Drexel as a 6 ½-point favorite over Towson State, with the total listed at 124. This is a first-round matchup of the Colonial Athletic Association at Richmond Coliseum in Richmond, Virginia.
-Towson State (10-21 SU, 9-16 ATS) takes the court for the first time since falling to George Mason last Friday as a 14 ½-point road underdog, 71-59. The Tigers have covered their last two outings.
-Towson State was outrebounded by the Patriots, 30-27, while shooting 38 percent (21-of-56) from the field. Forward Junior Hairston stepped up with 19 points and 12 rebounds in a losing cause.
-Drexel (15-13 SU, 18-9 ATS) is currently mired in a two-game SU and ATS losing skid after falling to William and Mary Friday as a 1 ½-point road favorite, 48-47.
-The Dragons won the rebounding battle, 34-29, overcoming the fact that they shot just 33 percent (17-of-52) from the field. Guard Scott Rodgers had 11 points and nine rebounds, while forward Evan Neisler added 10 and four.
-Drexel is 2-0 SU and ATS versus Towson State this season after prevailing Jan. 31 as a 3 ½-point road ‘chalk,’ 60-53, and Feb. 15 as a 10 ½-point home favorite, 78-65.
**Wisconsin-Milwaukee versus Wright State**
-LVSC lists Wright State as a 2 ½-point ‘chalk’ over Wisconsin-Milwaukee, with the total set at 123. This is a second-round matchup in the Horizon League at Hinkle Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana. This game is scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. ET.
-Wisconsin-Milwaukee (17-13 SU, 15-11 ATS) enters this matchup with back-to-back victories SU and ATS after cruising past Loyola Chicago Tuesday as an eight-point home favorite, 77-68.
-The Panthers controlled the boards, 44-32, while shooting a modest 35 percent (18-of-52) from the field. Forward James Eayrs accounted for 20 points and nine rebounds, while guard Ricky Franklin had 18 and nine.
-Wright State (19-12 SU, 14-13 ATS) is riding a three-game SU winning streak (2-1 ATS) after upending Valparaiso Tuesday as a 10-point home ‘chalk,’ 68-56.
-The Raiders prevailed by shooting 47 percent (18-of-38) from the field, and 50 percent (7-of-14) from 3-point land. Forward Scott Grote led the offense off the bench with 19 points and five rebounds, while Todd Brown added 16 and five.
-Wisconsin Milwaukee and Wright State split their season series, with the home team prevailing each time. The Raiders won Feb. 26 as a 6 ½-point home favorite, 70-60, while the Panthers triumphed December 6 as a 4 ½-point home ‘chalk,’ 66-59.
**San Francisco versus Pepperdine**
-LVSC installed San Francisco as a 5 ½-point favorite over Pepperdine, with the total set at 131. This is a first-round game in the West Coast Conference at Orleans Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. This game is scheduled to tipoff at 11:20 p.m. ET.
-San Francisco (11-18 SU, 8-14 ATS) wrapped up the regular season by beating Pepperdine last Friday as a one-point road ‘chalk,’ 70-62.
-The Dons entered halftime with a seven-point advantage, 27-20, and finished the game by shooting 37 percent (23-of-61) from the field and 31 percent (8-of-26) from behind the arc. San Francisco also outrebounded the Waves, 34-30. Guard Peter Smith scored 21 points off the bench, and forward Dior Lowhorn contributed 16 and 10 rebounds.
-Pepperdine (8-22 SU, 13-13 ATS) enters this matchup by going 0-4 SU and 1-3 ATS its last four games.
-No starters reached double digits in scoring, but reserves Keion Bell (18 points and eight rebounds) and Lorne Jackson (11 points) off the bench.

Notre Dame is 4-3 in its last seven games, 1-4 as home favorite, winning at home by 6-9-10-33-5 points. Big East home favorites are 42-43 against the spread.
CAA tournament
Home side won both Delaware-Georgia State games; team that lost led both games at half by 7 points; Panthers were just 13-26 from line in the two games. State won three of last four games- they're 2-7 vs spread in last nine tries as underdog. Blue Hens lost three of last four games- they are 2-6-1 vs spread in CAA away games, 0-2 as a road favorite.
Hofstra won six of last seven games, beating NC-Wilmington 88-81 six days ago in double OT; they also won first meeting 80-78 in Wilmington Pride is 3-4 as CAA favorite; their last two wins were both in overtime. UNCW lost six of last seven games, but is 8-2-1 vs the spread in last 11 games. Four of their last five games were decided by 7 or less points.

UNI is 3-4 in last seven games, after a 11-0 streak; five of their last seven wins are by seven or less points.
Home side won both Southern Illinois-Bradley games, leading by double digits at half in both; Bradley turned ball over 38 times in the two games. Braves won four of last five games, covered three of last four as favorite; they won last seven times they scored 66+ pts. Salukis won two games in row, covered one of last four as a Missouri Valley underdog.
Home side won both Creighton-Wichita games; Shockers lost 68-56 in Omaha Dec 28, shooting 35%, then upset Bluejays 74-61 (+4.5) Jan 17, holding Creighton to 33%. Wichita is 10-4 in last 14 games after starting 0-6 in Valley- they're 0-4 in last four games as an underdog. Creighton is on 10-game win streak; three of last four wins were by 6 or less points.
Illinois State beat Evansville twice this season, 80-50 at home Dec 31 in game they led 48-22 at half; they led rematch 45-24 at half, then hung on to win 70-68, as Aces shot 52% from floor. Southern Conference tournament
Appalachian State (9-11) lost five of last seven games, covered two of last eight as a favorite; they won 95-82 at Georgia Southern Feb 2 (+4)- ASU was 9-14 from arc. Eagles lost 11 of last 12 games, covered one of their last 10 as an underdog- they are 5-15 in Southern Conference where favorites were 48-55 against the spread this season.
NC-Greensboro lost six of last seven games, with five of six losses by 9 or more points, but they did cover eight of last 11 games. Charleston is on five-game win streak, scoring 82.6 ppg, but they're just 3-10 against spread in last 13 games as favorite. Cougars won both meetings this year by 16-15 points- they shot 55% from floor in both games.

Harvard vs. Brown
Roughly 2/3rds of the public favor Harvard here as they are 500 on the year at 13-13. Harvard beat Brown by just 1 point earlier this year winning 64-63. This is probably why this spread is so low. Harvard comes off a huge win over Brown so they might be in for a bit of a hangover as it was their senior night. This is not Brown's senior night as that is the next game for them (their last game) but this team shoots just 66% from the line while Harvard shoots a solid 74% from the stripe. Brown actually led Harvard 32-20 on the road last time as huge dogs so I can see them playing tough at home. I just wished they shot better free throws at a 68% or better.
Penn vs. Cornell
Cornell is the best team in the conference and they come off a 1 point road loss to Harvard and are not in a good mood. These two teams met earlier this year and Cornell won by 15 on the road. Sure, Penn has a bit of a revenge, but I would hate to go against the best team in the conference coming off a loss who has blown several teams out by 20 points or more thus far.
Dartmouth vs. Yale
Yale finishes the season out at home. They come off an 8 point loss to Princeton on the road which was a hangover from the Penn win. And, to Yale's credit, they beat Cornell at home by 12 earlier this year which was one of Cornell's 3 losses this year. This team actually lost to Dartmouth by 3 points eariler this year so this is a revenge game for Yale. Dartmouth bounced back nicely with a big win over Columbia after losing by 20 at home to Cornell. Dartmouth matches up well with Yale but with Yale coming off a loss, returning home, with revenge, just staying away.
Big East
St. Johns vs. Notre Dame
This is the only Big East game on tap along with 4 other Ivy League games in regular college basketball play. The rest of course have already begun their conference tournament. I know Notre Dame is considered on the bubble, but this team has won 7 games in the Big East and if they win this game, it will be 8. If Georgetown is even considered to going to the dance, Notre Dame should be in the dance for crushing Louisville, beating Georgetown and Texas as well. This team actually beat Notre Dame by 6 this year at home so ND does have revenge. This is Senior Night for Notre Dame, with revenge, with St. Johns coming off that huge win over Georgetown in OT so they might be in a bit of a hangover here. Lean on ND for these reasons despite laying the chalk today.
Southern Conference Tournament
Wofford vs. Elon College
Wofford beat Elon by 3 in OT last time out and now comes in laying 7 points and is the public darling here by 66%. Wofford comes in winning 5 of their last 6 ballgames and finished off the Southern Conference with a 12-8 record. This team really "gelled" at the end of the season so I would not be surprised to see them do well overall in the tournament. It's tough to go against a solid team like Wofford given how well they are playing as they swept the Citadel this year. no thanks.
Metro Atlantic Conference Tournament
Marist vs. Iona
Note that over 73% of the public favor Iona here laying the points. This game is held in the Union Center at Albany, NY. Marist could very well win this game outright as lets not forget this team beat Iona at home by 1 point 51-50 and then lost to them in OT on the road by 3 points. So, getting the 3.5 to 4 points is not all that bad at all. Marist comes in dropping 2 straight while Iona comes in dropping 4 straight as neither one of these teams is playing well going into the opening around. A small lean on Marist given the prior results and it's a coin flip anyway for Marist to win this contest as the public likely gets buried.
