NCAA-B | Quinnipiac vs Canisius
Play on: Quinnipiac +9 -104 at 5Dimes

Free Pick on Quinnipiac +

I'm recommending grabbing the points with the Bobcats in Friday's MAAC quarterfinal action. I just think this is too many points for the Golden Griffins to be laying here. Canisius did sweep the season series, but both games were closely contested. I wouldn't be surprised at all if Quinnipiac won this game outright, making this an easy play given the big line.

Canisius closed out the regular season with a convincing 98-74 win at home over Marist, but that's actually a negative here for the Golden Griffins, as they are 0-5 ATS in their last 5 off a SU win by more than 20 points.

Quinnipiac had to play in the first round of the MAAC Tournament last night and won 67-58 as a 3.5-point dog at Siena. The Bobcats are 7-2 ATS (4-1 this season) off an upset conference win as a dog. They are also a strong 7-2 ATS in their last 9 neutral site games and the underdog is 5-2 ATS in the last 7 games in this series. Take Quinnipiac!

NBA | Pistons vs Magic
Play on: Pistons -2½ -103 at pinnacle

My 1* Free Play is on the Detroit Pistons (7:00 EST).

Detroit broke a three-game skid with a 110-87 victory over Milwaukee on Wednesday and it’ll now look to take advantage of an Orlando team which is in a “free fall,” having now lost seven in a row after a 117-104 setback at home to the Raptors in its most recent action.

Detroit averages 103.2 PPG and it concedes 103.8. Blake Griffin averages 21.5 points, 7.6 boards and 5.4 assists per night, while Andre Drummond adds 15.1 points, 15.8 boards and 1.61 steals per game. It was Stanley Johnson though which led all Detroit scorers in the team’s latest victory with 19 points.

Orlando averages 105.6 PPG and it concedes 110.2 Nikola Vucevic recently returned from injury and he averages 17.2 points and nine boards per game. Evan Fournier had 17 points in a losing cause to Toronto.

Both teams have been terrible against the spread, but Detroit got back on track in its last outing and I think it can take advantage of this Orlando team that’s already sizing up its lottery chances in the off-season. Consider a second look at the hungry visiting side in this one.

Good luck…Larry

NCAA-B | Iowa State vs Oklahoma
Play on: Oklahoma -10 +102 at pinnacle

Play - Oklahoma (Game 846).

Edges - Sooners: 20-5 SU and 15-10 ATS in Last Home Games… Cyclones: 0-8 SU and 1-7 ATS away this season… With the Sooners seeking revenge and squarely in the NCAA tournament bubble we recommend a 1* play on Oklahoma. Thank you and good luck as always.

NHL | Canadiens vs Islanders
Play on: Canadiens +119 at BMaker

Scott "The Bulldog" Rickenbach NHL Game #51 Friday Montreal Canadiens Money Line (+) @ New York Islanders @ 7:05 ET - There is a reason this line is priced this way. It certainly is no "gift" from the odds makers that the Islanders are such a small favorite on home ice. This one comes down to goaltending. The Isles have had netminding issues all season and they're still without Thomas Greiss. That means Jaroslav Halak is expected to get the call here. Halak is 0-4 in his last 4 starts and the Islanders have lost those games by a combined score of 14-8! The Canadiens are currently without Carey Price but Antti Niemi has filled in very nicely and has a .924 save percentage in his last 4 starts. He has allowed only 2 goals per start and Montreal has won 2 of these games. The most recent was against the Isles north of the border Wednesday so many will be looking for the bounce back from the Islanders on home ice here. However, the Islanders have lost 4 of their last 6 home games. Also, the Isles have been outshot 82-52 in their two games with the Habs this season. Free Pick MONTREAL

NCAA-B | Iowa State vs Oklahoma
Play on: Oklahoma -10 -105 at 5Dimes

Oklahoma -10

The Sooners are worthy of a free move here on Friday night.

At home, the Sooners have much more value than they do in other spots.

Oklahoma has won 20 of their last 25 overall at home and in that span are a solid 15-10 ATS. The Sooners have been able to play with much more confidence in front of the home crowd as they will attack much more and hit their groove offensively earlier in games.

On the other side of things, ISU has yet to win on the road this year and is 1-7 ATS in that span.

Some trends to note. Cyclones are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 Friday games. Cyclones are 1-5 ATS in their last 6 road games vs. a team with a home winning % of greater than .600.

Grab the home side here.

Back Oklahoma.

Good Luck, Razor Ray.
