Spurs vs. Thunder

I'm recommending a play on the OVER in Saturday's NBA action that has the Thunder hosting the Spurs on ABC. Both of these teams come into this in great offensive form. San Antonio has scored 100+ in 7 straight, hitting 110 or more in 4 of their last 6. OKC has eclipsed the century mark 6 straight and have hit 110 or more in 5 of their last 6.
While the offenses have been rolling, the defense for the most part hasn't been all that great. Both teams have given up 110 or more in 4 of their last 6 games. Needless to say I think we are getting exceptional value with this low total for this game.
Last time out the Spurs lost a heartbreaker at Golden State 107-110, so while this is the game of the day, there's a good chance San Antonio isn't quite 100% locked in defensively off that loss. The OVER is 8-2 in their last 10 off a loss and is also now 8-2 in their last 10 vs a team from the Western Conference. OVER is also 5-1 in the Thunder's last 6 off a double-digit. Take the OVER!

Texas Arlington has won 4 straight and 7 of their L/9 trips to the hardwood, and are viable dogs vs a UL Lafayette program that has had a strong overall campaign. I know their is a discrepancy in these two sides, records, but from a system vs system matchup power rankings system I use, Arlington matches up well against their opponents. Yes, Lafayette did beat Texas Arlington by a lopsided 100-79 count at home earlier this season, but I'm betting things will be different in the rematch . Note: TX-ARLINGTON is 10-1 ATS L/12 revenging a road loss vs opponent .

Heat over Wizards- Washington posted an impressive 116-97 win on the road against red-hot New Orleans last night and now travel to Miami to play the Heat who they defeated in overtime 117-113 on Tuesday. The Heat meanwhile, have won five of their last seven and have actually won six of the last eight meetings despite their loss to the Wizards earlier this week. Miami is a bit beat-up but their bench scores 46% of their points as it is and have the coaching to win here. Take MIAMI!
