Toronto has the best home record in the NBA at 30-6. The Raptors also have the No. 1 defensive rating at home. They are in a bad mood, too, after losing to the Cavaliers on the road this past Wednesday and then following that up with a flat performance in a 116-112 home victory against the Nets two days ago. The Raptors were far from happy with their sloppy victory against the lowly Nets. They have payback for a 96-91 road loss to the Clippers from December when they had to play without rest. Now they catch the struggling Clippers, who are 1-5 in their last six games, playing their fourth road game in six days. The Clippers are 1-7 ATS during their past eight visits to Toronto. Toronto has reached triple-digits in 25 of its last 26 games. The Clippers are giving up an average of 119 points during their past five games. The Raptors have won 15 games by 15 or more points. This matchup has the feel of another Raptors' blowout victory. Jazz vs. Warriors

I'm recommending laying the points with the Jazz on the road against the Warriors. As weird as it looks to see Golden State getting points at home, I actually think they should be a bigger dog given the circumstances. The Warriors will be without Steph Curry, Kevin Durant and Klay Thompson.
Curry had just returned from an ankle injury and suffered a knee injury that will have him out until at least the end of the regular season. With Golden State 4.5-games back of the Rockets for the No. 1 seed an in no danger of falling to 3rd with just 10 games left, there's really not a lot to play for.
As for the Jazz, they come in off a 120-124 loss at San Antonio, but are still playing excellent basketball. Utah is 10-2 over their last 12 games and simply can't afford to take their foot off the gas. The Jazz are currently sitting 8th in the standings, just 1-game ahead of 9th place Denver. This is a game they simply can't afford to lose and I think they win this one going away. Take Utah!

I'll take my chances with the Clippers as a decently priced underdog. I just feel like Toronto is getting a little bit too much love here. The Raptors have a 4.5-game lead over the Celtics for the No. 1 seed in the East with just 9-games left and Boston won't have Kyrie Irving is out for the rest of the regular-season. So while it's not official, Toronto all but has the top spot locked up.
I think the primary focus of the Raptors is to get as healthy as they can going into the playoffs. It shows in their recent play, as they are just 2-2 over their last 4 and the two wins were closely contested games against bottom feeders in the Magic and Nets. While Toronto is kinda just going through the motions, the Clippers are in a must-win situation, as they are just 2.5-games back of the Jazz for the 8th and final spot in the West. I'll take the more motivated side getting close to double-digits every time. Give me the Clippers +8.5!
